We love exploring the countryside by hiking and canicrossing. We also train and compete in dog agility. I help dog mums create a passive full-time income online so they can spend more time exploring and spending time with their fur-babies.

Two for Tuesday! Two good dogs who ran a half marathon with energy to spare and the two humans that they had to drag around and keep stopping for them to take photos 😂
Had a ‘lovely’ sports massage last night. It was quite painful as I had a fair amount of knots, my calves and quads were the worst! Legs are feeling much better today!

Medal M̶o̶n̶d̶a̶y̶ Tuesday 🏅
It may be a day late because of the old man’s birthday post yesterday but I just want to say how incredibly proud I am of Lilly (and myself) 🥰

Our longest run was 8 miles - not quite what we wanted after I had been ill and was travelling.

To then run 15 miles of challenging terrain!
Lilly was a constant throughout, she may be small but she was at the end of the line letting me know she was there the whole time. We even did a sprint finish! 🏃🏼‍♀️💨 She is definitely my long distance canicross dog and I can’t wait to get stuck into marathon training with her now!!!

I live a few hours away from my family so really cherish these weekends.

☀️ As the sun rises, I am reminded of how everyday is a new chance to look ahead, set new goals and work towards the future we envision.

I sat here in Spain on my final day of my trip with my online business and felt a deep sense of gratitude and possibility.
🧠 My brain had so many ideas and plans for my business whirling around and I had to try and put them into a plan that I can action without overwhelming myself.

This time last weekend I was in Spain geocaching in the sunny warmth. ➡️ Fast forward to this week and I was geocaching in cold and rain. 😂 Bit of a different view!
I love that geocaching takes me to all kinds of beautiful places and walks, some I wouldn’t even knew existed without geocaching! It helps keep me healthy and is something I can enjoy with my husband.

Stepping out of my comfort zone is the best decision I have made! 🎉 I recently attended my first international offline business event with my online business. I haven’t travelled aboard in nearly 10 years so it took me a lot of courage to go.
I was nervous at first but after meeting my community but we are all so alike and talk daily so it was like pieces of a jigsaw puzzle as we just click together.
BUT growth happens when we push ourselves beyond what we know.
The speakers brought HUGE energy with them and were some of the most successful people within our industry.
And they sat on the table next to me! Imagine being that close to people I think of as ‘business celebrities’, only to realise they started in the same place that the rest of us are in. They are just 7-10 years ahead of us.
Proof that with time and commitment, anything is possible!

Nothing more British than me enjoying my cup of tea while abroad! 🇬🇧✨
We used our down day today to gather around the villa pool, our incredible business community soaking in the sun, unwinding, and exchanging ideas. It’s the perfect way to relax and strategise as we brainstormed and mapped out the next exciting steps for our businesses.
The best part? Doing it all in such a beautiful setting with an incredibly supportive community around me! 🥰

Making the most of the fading evening light and did some weave practice in the garden today. Despite not doing much weave practice for a few weeks this girl smashed it, now just to get her like this in other environments as she can still be a bit unsure in the agility field.

All the pretty girls 🌟 weave 🌟 like this… So proud of how far this girl has come in our agility journey together. Although if you had seen us at training this weekend you would have thought we had never done agility before! 🙈😂 You must remember in between the rubbish sessions there are the golden moments where everything just clicks. Those rubbish sessions just give us focus on what to practice
