This art studio where things literally can get wild from time to time, is welcoming dogs and we’re going to have another wild paint party there next month!

With non-toxic and easy to wash-off paint, you can make a unique artwork on a canvas using your dog’s paw prints, your hand prints, your dog’s tail and much more to create a memorable piece.

@lilamolino has opened in @alserkalavenue and is your all-day indoor dog friendly Mexican cafe.
Apart from the cafe and restaurant, they also have a a farmshop and conceptstore downstairs where they sell delicious coffee, herbs and fresh ingredients.
Upstairs you find a spacious set-up where dogs of all sizes are welcome, are given water and cuddles by the staff members while you munch on the delicious food.
I started my day with the breakfast tacos but have to go back to try so much more😋

When you visit an indoor dog friendly place, you usually meet the most amazing people running it as they are animal lovers and truly want you to have a good time with your dog when visiting them.
I had the same experience when I visited @croqmicheldxb which is located in Dubai Hills.
They have a lovely green outdoor terrace with a nice grass area next to it, but most importantly they welcome dogs inside. A big water bowl is already waiting for your dog at the entrance and if you like, they serve your dog dry food while you munch on one of the delicious croq’ sandwiches. Or visit them in the morning and enjoy a nice coffee and pastry combo after a stroll in the neighborhood.
I met the owners and as well as the staff, they were super friendly and made me feel so very welcome. Although I have to say that Boefje got most of the attention and was spoiled with cuddles.
There’s a big outdoor parking lot close by or you can just park in the garage which is next door for easy access and a walk in the shadow to the restaurant to avoid our pooches to get their paws overheated.

We had visited @newearth.cafe before to have a coffee with some friends and absolutely loved the place. So when I heard their outdoor terrace got covered so you can sit in the ac with your dog this summer, we wanted to come back and show you guys the space as well.
This cafe is plant based focused and has a lovely menu with many things to choose from. I felt like having a cheat day and went for the crepes that were absolutely delicious.
Boefje got welcomed with some water without us having to ask for it and the staff were all very friendly, making us feel welcome. Definitely a lovely place to visit during summer.

I took Boefje out and visited a new indoor dog friendly bar. But not just any bar!
@tvmatthefridge is the world’s 1st luxury alcohol free bar, originally from Dublin but now also located at @thefridge.me at @alserkalavenue .
They have an amazing menu of delicious non alcoholic drinks, plus they serve delicious coffee.
But most importantly, they’re dog friendly!
The staff are extremely friendly and the moment Boefje and I arrived, more staff from The Fridge office came over to say hi which made us feel even more welcome.
The drinks are not your average kind of mocktails like you’d expect and really have a lot of depth and flavor. And Boefje got her own special drink as well😜

If you have been following us for a long time, you know we absolutely love @little_neighborhood . But did you know that apart from their location on Palm Jumeirah, they aso have a branch in Remraam which is also indoor dog friendly?
We visited his branch as well which is located in a green park area in the community. It is smaller, but cozy and the team was extremely friendly and welcoming to the doggies.
We got some water for the dogs right away, while we enjoyed a delicious breakfast. Although the cafe is small, they also have a hot kitchen and therefore an extensive menu with many delicious options.

I seem to be blessed with visiting amazing dog friendly places lately.
We visited @lilataqueria and all I can say is: WOW!
Dogs are welcome inside and both owners and all the staff members were so loving to Boefje. She got spoiled with cuddles, got some water right away to cool down and got some delicious freshly grilled non-marinated steak.
I tried the guacamole with chips, steak tacos and had churros for dessert. The food was fresh and amazing.
I had a lovely chat with the owners who are loving pet owners themselves and have been actively involved in rescuing and helping strays in the last few years.
Because the restaurant is small, they welcome small and medium dogs only to make sure the dogs don’t feel cramped and overwhelmed. However if you’re planning on visiting during the week in a not busy hour, give them a call and see if you can pass by with your big dog. Or… stay tuned as we have some exiting news coming very soon.

Visiting a new indoor dog friendly place is always an amazing outing, but visiting the new @thelolohouse was extra special!
What a beautiful space with lovely people working there who are so welcoming to dogs.
Boefje got some nice refreshing water while we were welcome to explore the whole space.
The Lolo House is a cafe, co-working space and they have an event area as well.
In the space you also find some interesting books, art pieces and items for sale. Downstairs at the entrance, you will also find @adambike_official .
Their menu has a wide variety of breakfast & lunch items, as well as fresh pastries and even Dutch items like freshly made boterkoek😋

With the weather getting warmer, we’re moving more to indoor places and under the shade.
And that’s exactly where we have been in this video. @uts.ae is a beautiful cafe located in the Sharia area in Hatta. Under the shade of the trees, this spot is still nice and cool and a perfect place to enjoy a delicious cup of coffee while watching the Koi fish.

Sometimes you just stumble upon a nice place by accident. Just like we did with @143cafe.ae .
I was driving in the neighborhood when I saw this lovely little cafe at @tweed.boutique , so I contacted them to check if dogs were welcome at their outside terrace, which they confirmed.
The coffee corner is small but serves delicious coffee and sweets.
A great way to start your day with your dog on a cozy terrace with a view of Burj Khalifa.

@cafevilla515 is a perfumery and cafe that has a gorgeous dog friendly garden hidden on Jumeirah Road.
When you walk through the grand entrance, you immediately feel a calming atmosphere. A place where you can sit down and relax.
The menu is extensive with also a lot of warm dishes for lunch or dinner, although I have to say I really enjoyed being there early morning waking up with birds chirping.
Dogs are welcome, however the management has requested us to remind everyone that dogs are required to be on the leash at all times, as always should when visiting public places.

Although Boefje and I often explore nature or cultural places (we’re literally in a beautiful wadi now), we don’t often share it with the community.
Sometimes because I just don’t want my phone out of my pockets all the time and just be in the moment, and sometimes because I’m scared places are going to be left dirty as we encounter that so often😔
So I feel more comfortable to share places that are supervised like Al Bithnah Fort.
This gorgeous double story fort, located in Wadi Ham in Fujairah, is truly an amazing place to explore with your dog.

Still looking for an Eid staycation spot with your dog? We recently visited @pearluaq which is a lovely hotel to stay at.
The hotel is getting more and more dog friendly and it also shows by the team members. From reception to waiters, everyone was so kind and welcoming to Boefje.
Apart from the dog friendly rooms, dogs are also welcome on the beach (do keep them on the leash though) and they even built an agility park.
In the evening we sat down at the beach garten of @littlebavaria.uaq where we had a beautiful view of the sun going down. Not only are they licensed, they also serve shisha, and have pork on the menu as well as Dutch items. Yea this Dutch lady was very happy to see the bitterballen en patatje oorlog on the menu😋 so definitely need to go back for those.
We had our breakfast at @backwatersuaq where they have an extensive buffet as well as hot menu with all sorts of egg options as well as the option to go for a full English breakfast or enjoy pancakes or French toast. Options galore!
There’s a licensed retail shop next door in case you would like to do some shopping, but overall it’s really a nice place to spend some quality time with your pooch.

Last week we not only celebrated the finale day of @leash.explorer.uae , we also had a very special birthday as Boefje from @doggie_adventures_uae turned 17 years old.
We celebrated this special weekend at @fridaynight_camp .
This camp is an amazing place to spend a night with friends and of course your dogs!
All facilities you might be looking for are there including a washroom, bbq area and bar, two majlis areas as well as a campfire area.
If you would like to stay the night then you can set up a tent or sleep in the big tent.
The camp can easily host 40 people so great for parties.
The whole camp is fenced off which makes it a great place to let the dogs run and play off leash, and the best part is you don’t need a 4x4 to get there.
Thanks to the amazing team from Friday Night Camp we had an amazing time and it’s definitely a place we would love to come back to.

Want to go out with your dog and enjoy delicious coffee? I have another place for you. @cavo.uae is an espresso bar that unfortunately due to mall restrictions can only welcome dogs on their outdoor terrace, but is a great place to visit.
Our barista William was amazing and super friendly who offered Boefje some water even before I got my coffee.
So you can see where their priorities are😁
The coffee was delicious (I had their Ethiopian single origin bean for my latte) and combined with the amazing hospitality, I had an amazing morning with Boefje.

If you’re one of those people that constantly browse our directory, then you might have already found out that @mittsandtraysuae has a dog friendly outdoor terrace at their Bluewaters Island location.
Otherwise this might come to you as a surprise as this island is known for not being the most dog friendly location in Dubai, with only very limited options for dog owners to explore.
If you haven’t been yet, then this is definitely a must visit. Their outdoor terrace is very spacious, has plenty of shade with a beautiful view of the Ain of Dubai.
The staff are all very friendly, but we have to give a special shout out to Milkah who was so extremely lovely to Boefje.
They have an extensive menu with overall wholesome fresh food and we enjoyed our breakfast a lot!

Maison Mathis in Arabian Ranches stopped being dog friendly a few years ago. So of course I wanted to check out the new @maisonmathisvocopalm at @palmwestbeach that welcomes dogs.
Their outdoor terrace has two layers and has a nice view of the promenade on the beach. There is a water station for the dogs and the staff members are very friendly and welcoming.
Maison Mathis is also licensed, plus they have a pork kitchen as well.
Dogs of all sizes are welcome on the outside terrace and dogs below 10kg are even welcome inside.
Unfortunately as Boefje gained some weight due to her fat lumps due to old age, she’s just a little heavier than she was before (otherwise she would have been allowed inside, although the staff members didn’t really know how a 10kg dog would look like) and therefore we hope that @vocodubaithepalm will look into their policy and starts welcoming small and medium size dogs instead of a kg restriction.
But overall the experience was pleasant so therefore our DAID star review is as followed:

Visiting the @farmcafe.ae at the @alhashmis.farm is a bit of a treat. This lovely cafe with a spacious green terrace has a beautiful view of the @alhashmistable and has an overall relaxing vibe. The staff members are friendly, the coffee delicious and the horses are gorgeous.
The menu is small but with enough choices of drinks and sweets and so I couldn’t help but treating myself to a delicious raspberry cake with my coffee.
A lovely place to visit during a nice roadtrip to Fujairah to recharge.
