💔 10 Kittens found in the bush/park . The finder saw one kitten and followed it and found 10💔
We are absolutely lost for words. Today, 10 little kittens have come into our care from the Woodberry area—the same area where we rescued 4 kittens just two weeks ago.
It’s devastating to think about the possible cruelty of dumping such vulnerable animals. These kittens are far too young to be away from their mothers. Where are their mothers?
This heartbreaking situation highlights a continuing problem: the desexing message is still not reaching enough people. Until this changes, the cycle of unwanted litters and abandonment will persist.
These kittens are incredibly stressed and scared. Our immediate priority is to worm, flea treat, and assess if they are able to eat on their own.
We can’t do this without your support. Please help us spread awareness about desexing and responsible pet ownership. If you’d like to contribute toward the care of these little ones, we would be so grateful.

We are now stretched to the maximum
Together, we can make a difference.
🛑 Desex your pets. Educate others. End the cycle.
This little kitten was found today in the Werakata National Park walking trial in Cessnock
Melody and her friend were out in the park on the trail when this kitty followed them.
They rescued her and contacted us for assistance.
It’s heartbreaking to think she was dumped.
There are so many reasons you should buy some Raffle tickets .
Here is one, of the reader, little Ollie is doing so well in care♥️
This little baby was found crying distressed and alone in an overgrown garden in Cessnock today.
We thank the people that searched and found him after hearing him crying.
PLEASE NOTE-this kitten is underage, he already has a registered HVCH foster carer and when his Vet work is completed his profile will be posted. We are not able to take EOI on any underaged kittens.
Hi, my name is Lili and I am writing to you with the help of my human Mum to give you an update on my life as a kitten rescued by HVCH and fostered permanently by my wonderful Mum and Dad.
I was rescued a 5 months ago by HVCH along with my mum and 3 siblings. There was something special about me that stood out and after visiting the Vet, I was diagnosed with Cerebellar Hypoplasia (Wobbly Cat Syndrome). It was recommended that I be sent over the Rainbow Bridge by the first Vet I saw after I had a seizure.
HVCH and their volunteer foster carers saw something in me, a determination and strong will to live so they decided to bring me home and give me a new life, a new family and a future.
I am now 5 months old and in that time I have achieved more than my foster Mum and Dad could have ever imagined or so they keep telling me. They are so proud of me.
I have learnt to keep my head up straight and strong, to take slow steps and not race ahead, to focus on what I want and how to get it. I have learnt to feed myself by laying sideways near my bowl so I don't fall or bang my head.
I have learnt to climb and get to all the places my big sister thought I couldn't reach her. My next goal is to learn to drink by myself and not cover my bedding with water. Secretly I think my foster Mum loves me splashing for her because she always laughs when I do it.
I am such an active, happy and playful kitten who deserved this second chance at life, to show everyone that I may have a wobble to my walk but I'm still worth loving and I return that love every chance I get.
Thank You to HVCH for believing in me. I won't let you down. It's time for me to sign off now, I'm ready for my next adventure. Love Lili 🐾🐈⬛💕
