Super happy with this hobble idea: I have to give my husband credit for the yarn part of this idea. I've tried twist ties, rubber bands, band aids... this is cotton yarn and chick leg bands. no sharp edges, easy to apply and remove and if necessary reapply....

Drowning in eggs??? This time of year, what to do with the eggs threatening to burst out of your pantry?... and then in winter, when you want to bake for the holidays, having to buy eggs (yuck). Do you fill up your freezer by: cracking and freezing individually in ice trays, freezing raw and whipped up in ziplock bags, making and freezing quiche, lots of ideas that claim valuable freezer space. I've been frustrated til last year, when I tried WATER GLASSING… it’s way too easy. You need pickling lime, easy to obtain, airtight containers, mason jars, the larger, the better, and clean unwashed eggs (no problem this time of year). I had “fresh eggs” all winter long. The only difference I found: the yolks frequently break upon cracking in the pan and so overeasy eggs are a challenge.
