Great perspective sharing. Thank you for this work Wayne McCrory.

A big “eye” opener!
It is very important to read ingredients and study the MSDS of many equine products before recommending them. There are an alarming amount of nasty stuff that DIRECTLY affects the reproductive organs of young women and men in the equine world. Thank you for staying up to date and sending continuous studies of these issues American Farriers Journal

When providing hoof care on a regular schedule, many farriers see horses every 6 to 8 weeks and the nature of the footcare business is to provide a solution that works best for a horse within that interval. The classic Frog Flap.

“Does this hurt?”
“Ew can you put it back?”
“Should I call the Vet?”

This is a great example of the Frog (aka fatty fibrous tissue designed to eject dirt, promote healthy circulation back up the leg AND acts as a juicy scent gland) shedding naturally.

5 Self-entrepreneurial tips on maintaining professional conduct while navigating social media streams, inquiries, promotions, informative distribution of product and services in an uncontrolled online environment:

1)Select Core values based on what works for you and your business
2) Communicate those values clearly and assertively
3) Develop your “thinking window” (time needed to answer appropriately). What may be your window may not reflect another’s timeframe.
3) When navigating inquiries, message privately. This demonstrates respect and professionalism between service provider and clientele.
4) Consider each breach of your values an opportunity to reflect, reassert and practice what you need to get back on track.
5) Every day has an opportunity for a new lesson, so maintain an open mind when approaching different personalities. Every one has a story to share.
