Uncle Milo playing with another dog... ❤️ Nala is a sweet girl but has some anxiety problems we are looking at. Play with suitable friends are a good way of helping acclimating faster in a new environment. Since Milo is one of our frequent flyers and we know him well, this is something we trust him with.

Little aussie girl is in for evaluation and rehab. Will be up for adoption.
More information will be posted as we figure her out. Off the bat I can say she needs an experienced herding dog home who understands behavior and frustration. This girl reads you before you move and is very easily reinforced on good and bad. She whines and you blink she will notice it and try again lol

Dogpalace Dogtraining LLC update!

Nat is taking September off. August has been a busy month and he is still shot after having Rover for so long. We are looking to change length of stay rules, because when you are a small business and only two people it gets insane fast.

We did recieve another influx of dogs for September so that is full unless we get a cancelation, and already booked up parts of October, November and December. We are taking off from Dec 15th through the 31st, I might also sneak in my birthday week because I won't have many days off before then.

We have a couple of spots left for the last 3 months, but if anyone wants us, book now.

Diva has a meet and greet this weekend, wish her luck.
Brody our little fan fav is still doing well.
Rover is doing well at Tabathas and has a group of new friends, he's truly content and didn't miss a beat.
We might have news about Bailey in a month or so.
And we are getting a little Mini aussie in named Nala who Candy Higgins is helping finding a new home. She's good with dogs, nice with strangers, scared of kids.
She's will be here for two weeks of evaluation and rehab.

Photo of said little Mini Aussie just to tempt all of you!

Someone asked me online a while back why I don't post as many training videos.
And truthfully, everyone does, and it would probably give more business.

But why do I often post photos and clips of people's dogs relaxing or doing shenanigans? (Even though this is mostly on my private page, I suck at updating this one, I'll try to improve it)

The reason is because we take pride in your dog relaxing so much they treat our home like their home away from home.

A dog that is having fun is learning better, a dog that is relaxed and trusts me will absorb more of the learning.

And honestly, watching a video of a dog with zoomies who's enjoying life is generally more funny than an obedience video.

But I will try to post more stuff and more information...

Here is a bunch of photos of relaxed dogs...

Two years ago we took in the dog that was all over the news running through the Holland tunnel... showed up that he was a very anxious being, took us two years to get to this but we are very proud of him ❤️

ISO a used cheap/free camper/caravan winterized if possible if not, we will do it. Has to be able to roll, not leak and have functional electricity/heat and functional lock. We don't care about septic/bathroom or water.

Don't have to be the biggest thing at all.
It's to create a house for Rover. Rover is doing ok, but the crate is hard for him. That makes it hard for us to get an appropriate baseline and keep him low stress. He even has little p**p accidents out of anxiety in there.

The one place he relaxes in, is Nats car when it's idling and classical music is playing. We have a camera on him and he lays there and snores.

So to help him we figured a camper would be ideal.

Alternative could also be a mini house but they are harder to come by so I doubt it's something we can afford.

Please share this post so Rover can continue to get the help he needs.
This dog needs help to stabilize further. He has done good progress though despite it all but just not enough and we hope this will help him overcome the last humps.

Thank you in advance!
