Position vacant/part time/summer holiday/maternity cover*
The role requires a motivated, honest individual with prior horse/animal experience (doesn't have to be in the racing industry). We are a small but busy racing and breeding operation based just outside of Victor Harbor on the stunning Fleurieu Peninsula, we are a small team of staff, so the right applicant must be a good team player! The role is varied; riding available for the right person but is not essential, exercising horses on the treadmill and around the farm, mucking out/rugging/feeding etc, dealing with foals, broodmares, yearlings and young horses, occasional cattle work! Opportunity to progress and gain further qualifications and training available. Hours are negotiable, maternity cover required from December for a couple of months so would suit backpacker with own accommodation looking for 2nd year visa work or student home for the holidays looking for some extra $$$ . Permanent positions also available.
