SUMMER OPENING HOURS:
The Laundromutt will be on Christmas holidays from the 24th of December to January 9 2023. We will respond to all the calls and messages received over this time on the Monday 9th when we reopen 🙂

As many of you know, when I'm not grooming I work at Killarney Kennels looking after the dogs and cats holidaying there.
Sadly the owner Ron has passed away after a brief battle with cancer.
I will be at the kennels every day caring for the pets until the kennels close July 30 or a new owner comes aboard.
I will be unavailable for grooming until that time and will not be making any new bookings until we have more certainty regarding dates The Laundromutt can reopen.
We will contact every person with an upcoming appointment to find a grooming solution for you and your pups in the meantime.

It's back! 🤩 Due to the upcoming Port Fairy Folk Festival (and the total nightmare of parking that week) we will be closed and reopen on the Tuesday 15th March. Enjoy your long weekend 🍺

COVID UPDATE: For us to open and remain open during this local outbreak please note the following:

We are currently operating as a "Clip and Collect" service only. Once we arrive and have set up, please ensure your dog is either in your secure yard for collection or on a lead for handover as we cannot enter any homes to collect 'Miss Fat & Fluffy' 🐕 from the couch or your arms 🙂

*IMPORTANT* We have many elderly and immunocompromised clients and it is essential we do our best to keep them safe.
IF ANYBODY IN YOUR HOUSEHOLD HAS TESTED POSITIVE, IS IN ISOLATION AWAITING TEST RESULTS OR HAS ANY SYMPTOMS PLEASE LET US KNOW BEFORE OUR ARRIVAL SO WE CAN RESCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT.
We understand that with the rapid spread of infection as well as testing delays that last minute cancellations are unavoidable. You will not incur any fees for cancelling on the day and we will rebook you asap, we just appreciate you letting us know.

We are fully vaccinated and will be wearing masks at all times.

Is your dog having a hair emergency?
Please know that while groomers are closed for lockdown you are still able to seek clipping and nail trims from a vet if it is a 'welfare issue'. Hopefully we will be back up and running before it gets to that ❤

Sorry to all out dirty dogs, Lock down 5 means no fresh hair do's for you for the next 5 days 🐶 All appointments that were due Friday to Wednesday have been cancelled.
