Now I know that I am a bit late with this but better late than never!
With the new year, here at Pixie Binks after some long hard thoughts and advice/guidance has decided there will be some small changes.
For starters I have decided to cut back with the Mini Lops, I will still be working them however more as a smaller side project. The one thing I wasn't quite sure with was what colour direction I was gonna go with with these guys, along with how I could improve on their typing. I have decided to go down the "chocolate" path knowing that I have this in my lines just waiting to come out, it'll be a bit of an adventure but something I'm really looking forward for.
With that I will be parting with my beige mini lops, so to anyone who is wishing to work with shaded this is the perfect opportunity or to those that are wanting to add to it.
Now that I have mentioned the above this now leaves the Netherland Dwarfs, these guys will continue to be my main focus.
I hope that for this year I can continue improving with them, like last year and the year before that. With that I have introduced three new Netherlands into the rabbitry that I know will help out a lot with my goals, I will be introducing them soon in separate post.
The colours that I am working towards with these guys is Otter in black and blue, Fox in black and blue, Self in black and blue and even REW.
We are looking forward to when show season arrives, especially with the big state shows that will be coming up during 2025! we are excited to be attending some of these shows.
