INFORMATION:



We have had 2 very unfortunate events in recent weeks, and I would like to put out information on both.

We had a family board their pets from 4/8/23-4/14/23. While the pets’ family was loading up their belongings the pet attendant went back to get dogs. 1 of the pets is very scared of everyone and when he went to leash her, she snarled at him. We had a dog bite another employee earlier that day where the employee had to receive medical care, so the attendant was on edge and extremely cautious. He decided it would be better to let the dog up front into the lobby so the owner could leash her. It kept him safe and less stress on the pet. He let both pets into the lobby, 1 on leash and 1 not leashed. The attendant did not notice that the lobby door had not been completely shut and the unleashed dog was able to push through the lobby door and go through the front door to the parking lot. We have a 2-door system to help keep runners from running. Unfortunately, she has not been caught yet and is evading all attempts. Contrary to what is being put out on social media our staff is continuing to look for her. We as well as our family members drive the streets often hoping to catch a glimpse of her. We know she likes the area because she has been seen on the cameras and was seen by her family in our parking lot late at night. We have a live cage set up out front on our sidewalk that was provided by Animal control in hopes to catch her.



Today, on April 24th we had a brand new daycare dog come in. Unknown to the owner she was a fence jumper. We asked before we took her back and were told she was not. Our pet attendant was outside and she started jumping the chain link fences from yard to yard. He asked to move her inside to a room where she would be contained. He was trying to leash her to move her to an inside room and she jumped the privacy fence. Staff searched from the moment she jumped until the unfortunate moment she was found as a hit and run on the highway.



We are not putting this information out to place blame or make excuses or otherwise, but we have read enough stuff online to see the whole stories are not being told. Our clients can surely tell you how much we love and care for the pets in our care. We love what we do here and we love the pets that we are entrusted with.

CHRISTMAS SCHEDULE: We will close at 2 PM on Dec 21, 2022 for all drop offs and pick ups. We will open back up to the public on Mon Dec 26, 2022. There will be NO Daycare Dec 21 THRU Dec 26. Daycare will resume Dec 27 and 28th.

NEW YEAR SCHEDULE: We will close at 2 pm to the public on Dec 29, 2022 and open back up to the public on Mon Jan 2, 2023 for all drop offs and pick ups. There will be NO daycare Dec 29 THRU Jan 2. Daycare will resume Tuesday Jan 3

We will close at 2 pm on Fri Sept 2 for all pick ups and drop offs. There will be no daycare tat day. We will reopen on Tuesday Sept 6 for at 7 AM for all pickups and drop offs. Daycare will Resume on Wed Sept 7

Once again we need to remind people to be courteous to other clients and call to cancel when you are unable to keep your reservation. Please respond to our confirmations that we send out. We hate to turn people away because we are full then have no call no shows. It is not fair to other pet owners. As of right now we have 3 rooms open for the holiday, if need to book call ASAP

There will be NO daycare on Monday May 9th. There is a boil water notice and we simply will not be able to provide extra water for daycare. We know this is a huge inconvenience but it is out of our hands. I will post again when the city updates

Well, Hello There, Now that the holidays have passed us by its time to think about those Spring vacations, Easter Weekend, Spring Break, Etc. We tend to fill our rooms quickly so when making your plans remember to book your pet a reservation.

It's not too early to start preparing for the fireworks. Take a few moments today to update microchip info and get new tags made if needed. Make sure phone numbers are CURRENT! Make sure you have current photos of your pet, just in case they do go missing. Make sure you are prepared to bring your pets inside when fireworks start and supervise them when they go out to potty. We hope your pets stay home, safe and warm, but if they do get lost, we want to make sure you can be contacted asap!

New Years- We will close at 2 PM, Wed 12/29 for all drop offs and pickups. We will open at 7 AM, Mon 1/3/22.
DAYCARE>>> There will be NO daycare from 12/20 until 1/4/22.

This is Tiger. She is current on all her shots until Next August. She is estimated to be about 9 years old. She is medium hair. Previous owner said she is timid but nice. She is little stressed being in a boarding environment and isn't too happy with us. Due to unforeseen circumstances, She is now in need of a good home. Please come by if you would like to visit with Tiger and maybe take her home to be loved. Tiger really needs a loving home
