Calling all Howlers! A beautiful and wonderful person, whom has devoted her life to rescuing animals; lost everything in a house fire last night. Luckily, the vast majority of the animals made it out. Unfortunately, there are still some unaccounted for. This is where y’all come in! If your fur baby is in need of some TLC, feel free to message me and set an appointment up! If you don’t have any grooming needs, and still want to help, please donate to the rescue or the family.

For any of my Howlers out there that were unaware, Howling Husky has relocated its center of operation. We are no longer located in the Houma/Thibodaux area. We are located in Picayune, Ms; about 45 minutes outside of New Orleans. Our service range will still be in the New Orleans and Metropolitan areas, but we will also be branching into the Hattiesburg Metropolitan as well!

We are still working on some big news, so stay tuned!!

Howling Husky has undergone a slight hiatus lately! My apologies for the disappearing act, but I am back and ready for action!

I am proud to say that Howling Husky will begin taking on cat grooms! Book your appointments for your furry felines, and I will gladly take care of their grooming needs.

There’s more big news to come with 2018 right around the corner, so stay tuned for many exciting things!
Hopefully you folks are as excited as myself and the Huskies are!

HUGE ANNOUNCEMENT, FOLKS!!!

As we all know, the recent flooding throughout the state has not only damaged homes and vehicles, but it has also damaged or caused a lot of overcrowding to nearby animal shelters! These shelters are in need of supplies and food. So, here's the big announcement, y'all! As of tonight, August 16, 2016; I am running an event that will last all through September! ANY service that is performed on any of your furry friends; the proceeds will go towards buying food and supplies for the shelters in need.
So, spread the word! You get your fur babies cleaned up, and the shelters get some help!

This little baby was a toughie! Poor thing was matted everywhere except for the hair on her head and her tail! Total sweetheart, and was so relieved and happy to have a fresh new do!

Recent groom I did. This rescue was in dire need of a groom. Ms Bonnie here was rescued from an unfortunate situation, and brought in to the care of one of my clients. She had severe matting from her hips all the way to her tail. The matting was just one of several things going on with the poor baby. After her groom, we were able to discover that she has some underlying health issues that need to be taken care of. Just another reason why grooming is so important! Her range of motion was definitely improved with a shave down, but she's got a long road of recovery ahead of her.

It's bath time for one of the 2 Howling Husky mascots! She rarely needs introduction, but for those of you that haven't met my girls; say hello to the eldest of the fluffs! This is Eos, my 4 year old (ugh!). She's the road tripper of the pack. When I finally have a truck and trailer, yall will have plenty of chances to say hello to her! :)
