We had a great time at the NCRHA Kirkwood reining show this past weekend.
It was a small crew this time but we still had fun.
Rooney and Reminics Access Code had their best run yet and are really becoming a team!
Zach and Shine On Seven made their debut in the pen and worked through some tough horse show nerves to have improvements each time, earning their first score!
Our next stop is St. Paul derby and futurity!

We are back from a great weekend showing at the NCRHA Kirkwood Rein In. We are so proud of all the horses and clients!
Rooney Dennis and Reminics Access Code have been putting in the work to become a team. It really showed this weekend! They worked hard and earned their highest score yet!
Amy Liske and Kaligun showed courage and determination. Amy had only ridden our own Kaligun a few times before this show as her horse needed some last minute time off. She showed true grit and made clean runs on a horse she barely knew!
We hauled a few young ones for exposure and experience and they handled the sights and sounds like champs.
Our next stop is Winona and we can't wait to get back into the show pen.

Show season is here. Remember, no matter the outcome no matter how it went, win lose or draw, thank your horse before you walk out of the pen. Very few are competitive by nature, without them, we wouldn't be in the pen. I promise you, it will resonate with them.

Over the weekend, we kicked off our show season at a competitive open show to get the dust knocked off both horses and riders. We also brought along youngsters to see the sites and get confidence in new places. Everyone did amazingly well! I cannot be more proud of the horses and clients. It was a great weekend full of fun and cleaning up in the classes with every single horse earning placings and money in the large classes!
Great weekends like this couldn't be possible without the help and support from the crew at home and our dedicated clients! Thank you team Gambit for a successful first show of the season!

It's c**t starting season and we have some pretty fun ones in this year. Teaching the babies how to be confident, willing partners is one of the most rewarding aspects of the process. These babies have bright futures ahead of them.

K Peppered Lena's first full season ended with a bang! He showed against 45 horses to win 4th in the World, Reserve NSBA Champion and Reserve Sweepstakes Champion.

We have a few opening for stall board. Stall board includes hay, grain, stall cleaning with daily turnout and full use of our facility. We have an indoor, outdoor and heated washrack. Located in Davenport with quick access to trails at Scott County park.

💥Smart Floyd💥
Max is a 2006 AQHA gelding. He stands 13.3hh and is as cute as a button. With his handsome looks, quiet demeanor and easy going attitude it's hard not to love him. Max isn't a fancy broke horse but can soften his chin, isolate his shoulders, ribs and hips and move off your leg pressure. He is more whoa than go but don't let his small size fool you, he moves out like a big horse. He is a great babysitter to both 2 legged and 4 legged youngsters. Max is patient with everyone and has excellent ground manners. You can hop on him ba****ck with just a halter and go explore or pony c**ts off of him and he is happy to do it. He is great in a stall or pasture. You can let him sit and get right on and he will ride off the same every time.
The only flaw in this awesome little gelding is that he struggles to take the right sided lead at the lope. Because if this, he is not being marketed as a show horse, however that does not take away from his value. He will lope all day on the left sided lead. He is a great beer drinking mosey down the trail horse with your buddies, or a great horse for a kid to just have a ton of fun on.

We had a great time at the NCRHA Kirkwood Rein-In.
It was Faiths first time showing Gunnaderailya for owner Amy Liske. Together the pair earned checks both days and finished 2nd in Open Level 3. Chug earned himself some extra bananas! Thank you Amy for trusting us with your sweet ride!

Over the weekend we ventured to the Second Annual Phredd Fall Classic Show for one of ours student first time in the show pen. Rooney has worked hard to get into the pen and she rocked it! We are so proud of her work ethic and drive to be both a horseman and a showman.
Rooney showed Kingston to a second place finish in the 10 and under Walk Trot! Great Job Rooney!

We had a great time this past weekend at the NCRHA Summer Show.
K Peppered Lena made his show ring debut. Our goal was a smooth trip in the pen. He plussed 3 manuevers just cruising through the pattern and placed 3rd in open ranch riding! We are excited about his future as a show horse and are looking forward to getting back in the pen with him.
