I'm planning to make shirts and hoodies with this design I made for Brooklyn, to both raise money for any costs, as well as get him some much deserved attention!

Let me know who's interested!!

Whether you want a T-Shirt, a Hoodie, both 😉, how many you might want (if you're getting extras for friend's/family), what colours, etc... so I have an idea of how many to order.

I HAVE SOME EXCITING UPDATES ON BROOKLYN!!!

I was having a pretty difficult time finding a lawyer, as unfortunately Legal Aid does not offer help involving Civil matters. So it's taken a lot longer than I'd hoped, just to find a lawyer to represent me...

But alas, I've finally found one!

I've given them the details, and put together all the supporting evidence I currently have. They've outlined the Scope, to which I've gone ahead with.

The process of drafting up the Notice Of Claim has been completed, and was officially filed with the courts on April 8th—The date of the total eclipse. I did not purposely choose this as a specific date to file it. It just ended up being the day all the necessary documents came together. However, after looking into the symbolism of a total eclipse, I think that intense moon energy will play in our favor!

I have also served both PB & Chi Dog Rescue Society, as well as the woman who adopted him through them. Now just awaiting their replies.

As for the owner of PB & Chi Dog Rescue Society, she's informed me they "plan on counter suing for slander and libel."

Truthfully I don't know where she's hoping that will go, as there has to be false verbal statements in order for slander to take place, and false written statements for anything to be libel. Which there have been neither, on my end.

It sound's like a whole bunch of people have reached out in support of Brooklyn and I though, so I want to thank everyone for that! All the support really means a whole lot to me (and I'm sure Brooklyn too)! ❤️‍🩹🪽

Here's to taking this so called "rescue" (along with the other parties involved) to court!

As most of you already know, my dog Brooklyn was stolen in 2021, and I've been searching for him ever since. I've made this page for him, because on the night December 30th, 2023... By some kind of crazy miracle, Brooklyn and I found eachother!

Unfortunately, the woman who now has him, adopted him legally through a rescue that goes by the name of "PB & Chi", and is unwilling to give him back. After speaking to police, I have learned that my next step in getting him back, is to go to court via the Civil Litigation route.

The night Brooklyn and I found eachother, the woman who had him put me off, saying he was just another dog that looked similar to my dog. The rescue she got him through, also followed the very same tune. Thankfully, the following morning when I spoke with police, they told me she has now admittedly agreed to them that she does believe he is my dog, but again because she adopted him legally, it moves out of police hands, and into the hands of Civil Law.

By making this page, I am requesting of anyone who knew/knows us, to please post or send me any photo's you may have of Brooklyn, or the two of us. I'd love for people to write any memories of us, as well as any comments, thoughts, or opinions you have about the whole situation, as well as any reason's as to why we need to be back together. Anything to support our reunion would be gratefully requested.

Another extremely helpful piece that would really give the push towards us being back together, is if anyone who knew us would be willing to write what's usually called a Character Wintness Statement about the two of us. The more letters in favor of us being reunited, the better! They can be, but don't have to be very long. Their purpose is just to give the court personnel an idea of how much we love each other, and how happy we were when we were together. The statements can also speak about how much it broke me when he was stolen as well. Both aspects would be best to include, as then it can show them that Brooklyn was not stolen and then forgotten about, or simply abandoned, etc... I would be so thankful of anyone that knew us, if they could take a few minutes to write that about us and send it my way. Through Facebook Messenger is probably the best way to get them to me.

Another thing that was suggested, is the possibility of people individually writing and emailing this PB & Chi Rescue, speaking in favor of reuniting Brooklyn and I back together. Keep in mind, this is a separate idea than bashing them. If you would like to do this, here is the link to their website:

That brings me to the last thing I wanted to address, about the comments advocating to bash the woman who has him, as well as the rescue who adopted him out to her;

As for the woman who has him, it is my current impression that she had no idea he was stolen, and thought he had simply been surrendered. She has obviously taken good care of him, and it appears that she does love him. In my opinion though, if she does love him, she should do the best thing for him and get him back to where he belongs. Of course that is far more difficult said than done. But it is the right thing to do. However, even though she is not doing the right thing in that aspect, I still don't believe it is reason to publicly bash her.

Regarding this PB & Chi Rescue though, I have a very different perspective of them, verses the woman who has Brooklyn. My opinion on the woman running the rescue, is that she is not being truthful or honest about the situation. I believe I am far from alone in thinking this. I've already stated this, but the fact she dished out the "attorney" card within the first "official reply" tells me she has knowingly crossed the law in someway or another, and is now aware she is in hot water. Believing this rescue has been shady and deceitful though, for myself personally I am not in favor of bashing the rescue. I am just going to proceed with taking this to court, as I am confident with the amount of evidence I have, and amount of support from our community, the court will have no choice but to rule in Brooklyn and my favor... That being said, it is entirely up to you individually what you say or do regarding this rescue.

However you choose to support Brooklyn and I is entirely up to you, but I just want to thank each and every one of you guys that has either been supporting us from the very start, or has only just newly learned of our story, but supporting us just as much! A strong person can push to begin the momentum towards amazing things, but a strong and supportive community can do so many more incredible thing's together. There truly is no limit! Thank you all immensely!!!
