🐦The season is changing, so we say goodbye to some of our garden birds and hello to our new arrivals,fleeing the cold to enjoy a Scottish Winter! (haha!)
To give those leaving and arriving a little boost we have peanuts and fat balls in stock.🥜🥜🥜🐦🐦

Beautiful goldfinch and greenfinch are visiting the feeders, we have peanuts, fatballs and nyger seeds available!

So my pictures aren't the best but the greenfinches are looking very striking in the sun today! They are loving the pean...

So my pictures aren't the best but the greenfinches are looking very striking in the sun today! They are loving the peanuts in the feeder! Unfortunately the cat has been roaming about so the other birds have scattered!

My stock of fat balls is running low now, but there will be more in soon! Some birds like robins don't eat from the feeders, so I have been crushing the suet balls and scattering on my bird table and the ground, of course the other birds love this too, and it seems to have attracted the tiniest wren to the table, he's no bigger than my thumb! 😍😍

Hi! Just to let everyone know I will be continuing to support the Mairi Semple fund in Campbeltown as I know many people whom it has helped! My previous role was as a community worker in which I was very involved with small local charitable organisations and groups, my aim for the future is also to branch out and help some of these groups if possible. But of course I will let everyone know if i am able to achieve this in the future.

Hi everyone, it's Sarah here, I would like to say a huge thank you to Dorothy; For taking an interest in my (VERY) amateur bird photography,for advising me on how to attract lots of lovely birds to my garden and for trusting me enough to let me take over Chirpy Cheep. As I said, I am very amateur and I'm learning as I go, but she has done such a lovely job supporting wildlife and giving back to great local causes, I hope I can keep that going and do the same.
I have been spending some time researching and ordering feed and equipment, (harder than it looks).

I have today made my final payment of £60 to Mairi Semple Fund
I am stopping doing this now but am delighted to say Sarah Thompson is taking it over
Please give her the fabulous support you have given me.
You have all been great and together we have raised the total of £560 in a year for this great local charity.
They do so much good and give so many local people support it would be fantastic if we could continue to help them with Sarah supplying your bird food for you
