Vendor and sponsor packages will be sent out this Friday, June 7th. If you would like to receive the package, please email us at [email protected] so we can keep track of your message.

Note: As we try to appeal to all kinds of pet owners, there will be blocks of tables alotted per animal type (such as dog, cat, exotic etc). Once these blocks are filled, you will go on a waitlist to see if a space opens up (if another block does NOT fill).

Vendors must be pet related.

Due to unforseen complications we were unable to resolve on short notice, we deeply regret announcing that APE 2023 is cancelled.

With over 40 vendors booked from across Atlantic Canada, this is not something we do lightly and apologize to all the people who look forward and plan travel around our annual expo.

This is the first time in our over 10 year history that we have had to cancel a booked event, but rest assured we will be back next year, bigger and better!

Wow! Lots of interest already! Please note we need to finalize our vendor packages before opening registration which should be in May.

We have heard the main request of MORE, so our venue space is over 3 times the size of last year's event. Interested vendors should be happy to know we can accommodate a significantly larger amount of tables/booths or possibly demonstration areas compared to our previously sold out shows.

Our priority goes to pet related booths, if we do not sell out of spaces, then we will consider non pet themed booths. We do have rules for certain vendors but in general accept exotics, fish and small animal sales, breeders, rescues, pet products, (supplies, feed, treats, toys), trainers, groomers, pet related giftware, plant sales etc. We are an all inclusive pet expo so anything dog, cat, bird, fish, reptile, small animal or even livestock or potted plants are welcome! Only vendors are allowed animals on site, public pets are not permitted.

📣No public pets policy:📣

We are getting a lot of inquiries about people requesting if they may bring their pets from home. Task trained service dogs are allowed entry but personal pets of any species are not allowed at the expo.

In order to keep all our vendor animals safe, stress free and to avoid cross contamination, all vendor animals stay contained at their respective tables. Their safety is our priority. In the past we have hosted a wide range of animals, such as dogs, cats, reptiles, small animals, birds and fish. The variety of species change depending on the year and vendor sign up.

We are unable to secure the insurance and staff for our event that would allow the public to bring personal pets. We are also very aware not everyone is comfortable around different animal species and that some animals may have prey responses, so leaving them at home keeps everyone comfortable and safe!

We are sorry for any disappointment this may cause but we can’t wait to see you all there! 🙌

We are excited to say this will already be our biggest turn out yet! ( Your support allows us to continue getting bigger spaces every year and hopefully we can continue to expand next year). In appreciation to your support and to encourage more shoppers to attend, we are lowering our entry fee to $5! 👏

We are still hoping to find a vendor related to the following: Fish, Bird, Small Animal, Plants, Horse/Feedstore We like to offer everyone something they may be interested in at the expo! Hello interested vendors! Our booth spaces are now sold out! Do not worry though, we still have spaces for tables (and you can purchase mutiple tables for more space). If you wish to go on a waitlist for booth space, make a note in your email. We will contact you if our event does not sell out and we have extra space to accommodate. Booth space is limited to allow more vendor tables to fit.
