Hi Skittles here! I am a 6.5 month old spayed female retr-mix. I am currently in foster care.

My foster MUM says I am house trained and sleep quietly in my crate at night. I know sit, down , come and am working on my leash skills( my Mum says I'm doing great). My Mum says I am super smart and learn quickly and I am very food motivated. I'm learning stay and place among other things .

Mum says I'm confident in new situations and surroundings. I like all hoomans big and small ! I enjoy playing with my doggo friends and although I am happy to be in foster I am looking forward to my very own family that I can continue to learn from, be active with and snuggle with!!!

My foster Mum says I'm very special and someone is missing out on a nice pup! Would you like to come meet me???

Hey Panama City p*eps, we are looking for one or more people to go to Luckys Bingo on Hwy 22 every Wednesday from 5-9 pm to support Lucky Puppy. You don't have to play, they have smoking or non smoking and we make $100 every week for Lucky Puppy. Anybody out there. Come on..1 night a week and if we get multiple people, it could be once a month. Holler!!!!!

Can you say calm couch potato? That’s Theo! A kind, gentle soul that likes being pet and has the softest, most velvet coat. He is quiet with a soft personality, and likes to explore the backyard and go on short walks. Once his walk is done he’s very happy to lay around some more. He’s pretty low energy!

He is house trained and likes his crate! He also did great with nail trimming.

He knows, sit, stay, come, and will give a high 5. He’s been fine with kids he’s met.

Theo corrects very easily- just a firm no does the trick if needed.

Theo was brought to us overweight and underwent 2 knee surgeries when he slid on wood floors. He has already lost a significant amount of weight! He is currently on food that will help with weight loss. His adopter will need to be committed to helping him with his weight loss journey. (Short walks and monitoring food intake)

He can go up and down stairs fine and uses a ramp to get into the car. He also rides just fine in the car.

Theos fosters have not experienced resource guarding in their home. However, it is important to know they feed the animals in their home separately. Each dog has their own space to enjoy their meals or chew bones.

At first, he did not like his canine foster sibling licking his face, but now he is fine with her- he needed adjustment time.

Theo’s foster works from home, but when they do leave the house they check their cameras and Theo is quiet in his crate.

Theo hasn’t had much interest in meeting the cat in the home.

What more can we say? He is a sweetheart!

Rescue life is always something!! 😩 Our latest transport from FL to NY broke down on the highway in NJ. Thank God for Steve from Big Tows, Inc,. (give this guy a bonus) , and our NY volunteers/staff Alex and Emily for getting up early and making the 3 hr trek to NJ to get the pups!

Nona is looking for a home to call hers!!

🐶 She is 5-6 years young.

🐶 Chihuahua mix

🐶 Nona is a great trustworthy house guest. She doesn’t chew on furniture or nervous p*e!

🐶 She interacts well with other dogs and people.

🐶 Nona is shy/timid at first because of being improperly restrained with a metal loop pole. 😞

🐶 Nona loves her food and chew toys and doesn’t show too much interest in regular plush toys.
