On February 22, 2024, the administration of Behavior Vets scheduled emergency meetings with their behavior consultants in which they “terminated the contracts” of their team members with very little notice.
This comes after a long history of poor treatment for all staff teams including veterinary, behavior, and admin/customer care.
This is also right after raising rates and encouraging staff to sell huge packages of training services to clients which may cost many thousands of dollars.
They do not at this time have even a single full time behavior vet serving the NYC area due to their poor treatment of staff.
