Huge thanks to Lorna Fraser list 3 BD dressage judge for a fabulous training session yesterday. Using Rocky the equisimulator to adapt really life scenarios, with low level resistant bands we performed aiding patterns, keeping the rider postural correct. When the horse was leaning thorough the shoulder or not straight amazing how much consent ration was needed to not follow the horses corruption.

Positive posture, has been trying different stirrup irons for rider comfort. Interesting findings! Always invest time in to making a decision about changing your equipment there is so much to consider. Hyper mobility is particularly challenging.
