We are gearing up for the Midwest Horse Fair in Madison, Wisconsin, and looking for dedicated individuals to join our team!
**Dates:** April 19th-21st
If you are passionate about horses and want to be part of an incredible experience, we want to hear from you!
**Duties include:**
- Assisting with clinics
- Bathing, grooming, and caring for horses
- Experience in stallion or young horse handling is a plus

Melissa is the Owner/ Head Instructor of Transitions Equestrian Center in La Porte, IN. Melissa is a USDF Bronze and Silver Medalist and has won multiple amounts of Friesian World and National Championships. Melissa is a Grand Prix dressage rider who traveled for 6 years as a main performer with the “World Famous” Lipizzan Stallion Show performing throughout different parts of the world!! The international staff of riders performed with 15 Lipizzan Stallions in front of up to 10,000 people executing precision drills, long lining, and classical Airs Above The Ground!!
Melissa is a very successful instructor/competitor and often travels across the United States and Australia teaching all disciplines and levels. Her training methods are a combination of classical/natural horsemanship. She is known for getting the most out of her students and horses by creating a fun, laid back yet effective environment. Melissa is an extremely diverse trainer/clinician/competitor and offers beginner to advanced riding instruction and training in Dressage, Jumping, English and Western Pleasure/Equitation, Driving, Western Dressage, Reining, Natural Horsemanship, and Trick Training. Melissa is known for performing with several trick-trained horses she has trained. Mainly, her Andalusian Invictus, Paint Irish, and several Friesian stallions Prodigy, Nitrous, Dolci Vita, and Valor of Majestic Friesians owned by Lori Brock. Over the years they have performed in numerous amounts of exhibition performances across the Midwest, and have been in several T.V. shows and movies!! Melissa has trained 2 horses that have become limited-edition Breyer Horses and more!
