Dogs' Day in the Park Dogs' Day in the Park is Animal Rescue, Inc.'s largest fundraiser of the year. The event will be held August 26th, 2017. Join us for this fun event!

Dogs’ Day in the Park is our most exciting community event of the year! The event will be held August 26, 2017 at the Marge Goodfellow Park in New Freedom, PA. Humans and dogs alike are invited to join ARI for a day of fun to raise money for our Sanctuary for Life. The Mutt Strutt, a walk for pets, will be from 9:30 am to 10 am, and the main event will take place 10 am to 4 pm. The day includes 11

0+ vendors and rescues, games and contests, a flea market, Chinese Raffle, Silent Auction, cruelty-free foods, demonstrations, Rent-A-Dog and much, much more.

2017 will mark our 13th year of the event. The Mutt Strutt

During the morning of Dogs’ Day from 9 am to 10 am, we host The Mutt Strutt, a one-mile walk for animals at the YCR Trail near the park. Walkers are invited to fundraise online or with a traditional paper form. In the past we’ve offered great prizes like cash, televisions and original portraits and more.

This is what we do it and why we do it. Meet Punkin' and Sadie. You see they have a story. Punkin' also known to her ARI family as Trixie came from a puppymill. She was shy and timid and scared. ARI was her home until her furever home came along. Sadie also known as Lacey came from a local shelter and was adopted 9 years ago. They are the love of their parents lives and why supporting Dogs' Day in the Park and our Mutt Strutt fundraising is so important. Seeing these two in their furever home, spoiled rotten and loved beyond belief is why we do what we do. http://www.dogsdayinthepark.myevent.com/
