Rudy's lost and found pets Rudy's lost and found pets is dedicated to all lost pets in CT with the hope of getting them home again. In a state of panic and pain, Rudy ran out of sight.

On July 19, 2013, Rudy and his Dad were on the way to the dog park when Rudy's seatbelt harness latch broke and he fell out of the car. During a nine-day search, Rudy's Dad met the most wonderful and helpful people who volunteered their days, their time, and their effort while giving him the strength to keep looking. On July 28, 2013, Rudy was spotted by a woman on the highway and she wouldn't lea

ve until he was safe. The call came in while the volunteers were getting ready to head out to post more flyers. The State Police responded to the scene and shut down the highway, allowing Rudy's Dad to connect with and leash up his lost boy. It was an amazing reunion and a true miracle. This page was originally created to help find Rudy and has since remained active to try to assist other pets with their journey home. For the people who are looking for their pets: DON'T GIVE UP!
