Trimming off the fat is easier for me when done after cutting the strips to size. The fat trims will be rendered into lard to be processed into dog shampoo bars! Nothing to go to waste! 🌍

🐂 Liver will be in the dehydrator overnight. I am not sure if I will leave them in big chunks or break them up smaller yet. They are definitely bigger than the chicken liver I have made in the past. ^_^ beautiful color too.
