🐶 Dear Paws Uppers 🐱

We here at Paws Up want to express our gratitude and thank you for being a loyal supporter and customer to us for so long. You really mean a lot to us. We truly appreciate your trust in our small business all of these years. We would not be here if it weren’t for your support especially through such hard times during the pandemic.

We have always wanted to provide the best service possible for you and your fur-kid. We would like to ensure that your pet receives the best care that we could provide and receive sufficient attention on our end. On that note, we would like to announce that daycare sessions will also no longer be available on Saturdays and Sundays. Drop-offs and Pick-ups will be limited during the weekends as well.
As some of you may know, we have 8 fur kids of our own too. Most of you have met Trudy, our dog, the 7 are our fully indoor cats which you may or may not have met. We need to look our for their needs and well-being as well to ensure that they are comfortable in their own home.

We would also like to note that starting from 1/1/23, there will be some price amendments made to our services & products due to increased overhead cost from inflation. We actually lowered our original prices due to the pandemic and have yet to increase them. You and your fur-kids matter to us and we ask for your understanding that despite of the increased costs, we have tried our best to keep our prices as low as possible. All booking made prior to 1/1/23 will still be honored with the old pricing and we will give an update on our new pricing soon.

Once again, we are really thankful and grateful for your understanding & support. If you have any questions, our DMs are always open, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

Please help share!!

Pepper escaped her carrier and jumped out the window of a 3rd party Pet Transport service hired by our client.

The driver doesnt know when she jumped out so we have been endlessly searching for her throughout the route since yesterday morning.

We really want to find her back as she's supposed to fly to Taiwan on Thursday. That trip was supposed to be for her final check up prior to flying.

We miss her loads and hope that she will be found soon.
