This little fella decided to drop off from the tree and I kept it for 2 days before cutting. Happy with the fruit, not very juicy but sweet.🥰

1,2,3,…25 jambu air! Counting my chickens before they are hatched 🤭. Discovered the flowers this morning after the rain and I have planted this Green Jambu Air for almost 18 months. Really excited as to the taste.

1st try making mulberry jam and the taste is fantastic: sweet sourish🥰.

No sugar added as Taiwan Long Mulberries are super sweet. Add juice of half a lemon for the sourish taste. Happy with the results. Those of you who has mulberry at home, do give is a try.

Even thought we have no 4 seasons here, am fermenting extras from my garden for future use. Fermenting mustard green to be used for steaming fish or braised with meat.
You can add galangal or ginger as by doing so, eating it will not cause flatulence. Added turmeric for colouring only.

This morning, it was Operation Guava. Ever since I posted this tree, it went on a decline. Leaves were drying up and plant looked tired.

Upon digging it up, discovered that the roots has rotted.😥 Cleaned it up and soaked in 1 % hydrogen peroxide before planting and placing it in ICU. Hoping for the best🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

It’s a busy, busy day! Work in garden started at 7am, pruning and air layering Taiwan Long Mulberry and Kumquat. Fingers crossed, these will be beautiful fruiting trees 3 months later.🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
