Little Winds Equine Guided Education offers experiential learning workshops where horses are the guides. Interacting with horses opens up new ways of seeing ourselves and others and opens the door to reconnecting with our intuition. The workshops offer a connection to nature and reinforce a sense of our place in the world.

Three Tuesdays a month I co-facilitate an equine guided learning session at Medicine Horse Ranch for teenage boys from Muir Wood Adolescent Treatment Center.
Today the boys painted "tattoos" of confidence symbols, and then worked on confidence in the round ring with Medicine Horse pony Peanut E. Butter.
Some example of confidence statements:
"I feel confident when I have balance in my life, like the yin/yang", "I feel confident when I can move through my problems, like lava from a volcano", "I feel confident when I have freedom of thought and expression"
