Sirius is the brightest star in our sky, and what we see as a single star is actually two, a binary star system combining to make a star brighter than the individual parts. That is what we aim to do in all our classes: teach owners and dogs to work together to get great results, and to feel like superstars in the process! We believe in dog training that is fun, productive, and builds strong relati
onships between people and their dogs. We think dogs deserve to learn and master new skills throughout their lives, and that their owners deserve to have fun in class too! I have been training dogs for over 20 years and have learned and tried many methods, and the best ones are always the ones that the dog AND the human enjoy. Training your dog should be some of the best quality time you spend with them, it should bring you closer together and make you feel proud of yourself and your dog, and that's what we aim to accomplish in every one of our classes. We cater especially to those people who would like to do more with their dog than a daily walk, but who may not be interested in competitive dog sports. We welcome those who wish to compete - we train all our students to a high standard - but our classes prioritize fun, relationship-building, and safety over competition.
