Look at those eyes! 😍 Bluey is a 4-year-old blue pit who has completely melted our hearts. He came to us as a stray, but it’s clear he has a loving and gentle nature.

In the picture below, Bluey is getting pampered during a grooming session—and just look at how calm and sweet he is! This gentle giant adores stuffed animals, toys, and cozy blankets (his absolute favorite). Plus, he gets along well with other dogs and cats, making him the perfect addition to a loving family.

VAUGHN (A415908)

Meet our handsome boy Vaughn! He weighs 56 pounds and his heartworm test is pending. Vaughn was brought to our shelter after he was found wandering around alone on Rim Road and no one came to reclaim him.
Vaughn is a sweet boy who is ready to be your best friend. He greets you at his kennel door with a friendly face and tail wags.
Vaughn is housebroken and he let me know he needed a kennel break. He leashed up easily and he and stayed close by my side as we walked out to the yard. He took care of his personal business right away.
Vaughn checked the yard out a little. He enjoyed sniffing and exploring and he ran a few laps. He came right back over by my side. He sat down as pretty as you please for some pets and attention.
Vaughn took treats gently from my hand and he gave lot's of kisses in return. He has good manners and is quiet and calm in and outside of his kennel.
Vaughn is looking forward to having a family to spend his time with. He dreams of a home filled with love and laughter and a soft and comfy bed to snuggle in at night. If you are looking for your next furry family member, please come adopt this sweet boy.

Desi is now safe in foster care with FTF.

11/16/24 Update:
Desi is boarding at the vet this weekend to receive medical treatment for her skin infection, tick disease, eye infection, and other issues.
She is under the care of Flights To Furever.

Update: She has been taken to the vet for medical care.

Disclaimer: This dog is a new intake, arriving in this condition. Volunteers will be assessing for medical care.

Update: Rescued!
Morticia came to the shelter after being rescued from a cruelty situation. It’s hard to understand why anyone would hurt an animal, but we’re so thankful she’s safe now and thriving in her new temporary home at the shelter. Morticia has truly blossomed, gaining confidence and enjoying life more. She loves toys, treats, the baby pool, and especially the volunteers! Her leash tests are linked below, and she is just an all-around great dog who’s so loved here. Morticia deserves is a forever home where she can experience all the joy and love a dog should have.
