Facebook use to do this thing where I'd go to answer messages and it wouldn't let me at all, and would show up like this on everyone's thing. Not sure if it's doing it again, or if the time was taken to block the page this time 🤔
I do not always respond right away, as I'm not always online, but I do when I am.

To answer those I cannot answer in messages right now, YES I am still breeding, but NO I do not have any availability, yet. My program suffered a bit with me over the past year, sometimes I did not keep to pre-planned pairings, sometimes I didn't pair at all. My numbers dwindled down to the lowest they've ever been, and I may have lost a few genes completely..to be determined. I believe I mentioned it before but it WILL take time and patience to bring my breeding program back to where it was. The health and quality of my animals always ALWAYS takes priority over possible adoptions.

That being said, when I finally do have rats or mice coming available again, I will still be operating on a Wait List basis. And being on my wait list does NOT guarantee you are going to pass the approval process.

I absolutely do not like getting into my personal life on my rodent page but.. try as I might, there has just been no "winning" for me.
Being a 'Spoonie', someone who lives with chronic pain and mental health issues, with a menagerie of animals, with next to zero support while my spouse has been deployed since about May/June of last year... I feel like a failure for not being able to keep up with taking pictures and keeping my page active for you guys. I know I shouldn't feel like this because it's not really my fault. Going from having a supportive and helpful husband 24/7, to living completely alone with our aninals and only having occasional company and/or help with things I can't physically do, has been extremely hard. I unfortunately have not had the extra time or mental capacity to photograph moving subjects.
Hopefully though, after the next couple months, I can finally start keeping my page up to date again 🤞🤞

If Facebook could kindly stop changing so much for pages whenever they update, that would be absolutely fabulous 🙃 I will be getting back to messages shortly!! As soon as I figure out where they went too. More posts coming soon as well! I've been playing catch-up since my spouse was recently deployed, I greatly appreciate your patience

Seriously one of my favorite mouse projects is crossing Angora with Abyssinian. Some of these coats are just too dang funny not to share lol the coat range can turn out quite hilarious. I have a few others to grab photos of to share but this guy's little whispy Angora hairs were cracking me up

Needless to say, I know it's been a heck of a wait, but there's only so much that's actually in *my* control when it comes to breeding. Thank you all for being so SO patient. So far I've been able to bring both rex and velveteen back from almost losing them (I think both 🤞🤞). I do love standard coats, but I'd really miss my rexoids. There is likely going to be a little bit more of a wait on availability, as it will take some time as animals aren't exactly *snap* ready. However, we will hopefully soon have a litter or two of just standard coated babies, and POSSIBLY hairless coming available soon.

Between the Renaissance Faire events I was asked to attend, and preparing myself, the household, and my husband to be military-napped for a month; things have been a little hectic around here and I have yet to have time to put aside for some well-lit booth photos. I hope these quick shots of my two-fer litter will suffice for the time being. ...and now I have name ideas swirling around for my "2 liters" 😂 one boy, one girl.

The past few weekends I've been working some major events, being gone 3-4 days at a time and upkeeping my rodentry and household in the days between. I'm taking a well deserved rest break before I start flooding your feed with pictures of my rattos and meece again lol.
I'm super excited about Oddball my odd eye, she appears to have what we breeders call a "dragon eye"! Getting clear photos has proven rather difficult so far, be it glare or her moving her head ever so slightly. One of my coat types I was afraid I was losing, I was able to bring back in the only litter that was born of the 4 does I had paired... I've been running into issues left and right the last 10 months, that I'd never ever had before and this litter, albeit only of 2, was a very welcome sigh of relief.

These two are from Jewel and King Loui 💙 and since I've been on a Disney movie kick recently, they have received names! Meet Briar (darker marking) and Rose (lighter)! 🤔 I suppose that means their brother should be Prince Philip to stick to the theme? I'll snag recent pics of him for y'all tomorrow, he looks just like his Grandaddy Peridot.
