Best Friends would love to be adopted together!
Fritz is a 5 year old standard Aussie. He is a Double Merle and can hear well but does have some vision changes as his pupils are dropped and this causes him to see only the bottom half of normal vision.
Fritz is crate and house trained and just a happy Aussie.
He came into rescue when his family moved and left him at the shelter. He really struggled at first being around other dogs but has made huge progress in his foster home learning to play with other dogs. He does best with dogs his size and energy level.
He has become best friends with Gil. We would love to see him get adopted with his bed buddy since he has learned to play and be comfortable with him.
Gil is a 3-4 year old Red Tri Standard Aussie. He’s a happy playful dog who loves the water. He does well with other dogs but we don’t recommend him with cats as he’s way too interested. Gil is a sweet happy boy. House and crate trained and ready for his new family.
Email us at [email protected] if you can give these precious boys a forever home!

We wanted to share a short video to help our followers see the side by side difference in what Shimmy and Reno look like in comparison to a normal size Aussie. It’s our goal for them to be as fit as Chaos.
Follow Shimmy and her weight loss fitness plan @ Shimmy the Aussie's Weight Loss Journey on Facebook.
Jessi @ ROC Animal Training will work with her weekly to build muscle and endurance as we follow her journey to fitness.
Tulsi update. 25 days of care and quality meals. Your donations at work. She is a beautiful happy dog. She was able to be spayed this past week and will start her treatment for heartworms soon.
Tulsi wanted to share an update now that she’s been out of the shelter a few days.
She made a trip to see the veterinarian today.
Some good news! She has gained 15 pounds and although she still has some weight to gain you can see in the video how much better she looks.
But she also received some not so good news. She’s dealing with some pesky kennel cough which is common in dogs that spent some time at the shelter but she should feel better from that soon. Her biggest hurdle is finding out she is ♥️ heart worm positive. Thankfully it appears to be in the earlier stages. But it does mean she will spend some additional time undergoing treatment. Heartworm treatment encompasses several steps and takes months to complete along with crate rest and restricted activity. Tulsi will start her Doxycycline antibiotics today and in a few weeks start the first of three injections to help kill of her heartworms.
If you can help us help get the treatment Tulsi needs she will be ever grateful.

Diesel needs your support. He is a young Dutch Shepherd who was spotted months ago on the streets of OKC and Del City. In the heat of the summer he was seen drinking water out of a broken lawn sprinkler puddle. That day actually turned out to be the beginning of his future to a better life. Food began to be left for him to have a daily regular meal. He started to show up regularly and it was time to try to save him from a life on the streets. It took weeks to gain his trust. Many attempts were made to trap him but he was just too smart. Recently a young puppy befriended him and together they gained more trust of people and allowed closer and closer human experiences. Finally he would get close enough to humans and allow a quick treat. It was time to try again to get him and his little companion safe and off the street. Thank you to Street Dog Rescue & Recovery for your help. He and his companion are now safe in foster homes. Neither with a collar or microchip and so far no luck finding owners. Diesel has a rescue commitment but he needs some vet care and some help to learn what being a companion dog is all about. He needs to spend some time with a trainer gaining confidence and learning some basic doggy skills so he can find his forever home. Thank you to Wright Way Canine Center for agreeing to help him on his journey.
If you can help us help Diesel every $ helps.
