Big news, big babies, big ask: Life is Better Rescue has returned to our foster-based model, and we dove in headfirst by taking in 9 newborn puppies from Riverdale (probable pit mixes, current size: small potato) plus a dozen foster kittens, three of whom are still on the bottle. We have officially burned through every backup can of formula we had stockpiled and have spent several hundred dollars in two weeks on puppy and kitten formula and miracle ni***es — yes, that's a real product, yes, please Google it on your own time. Vet bills are still coming, supplies had to be purchased on the fly, and we said yes anyway because that's what we do — but we could really use your help right now. After some reorganization Life is Better Rescue is back to our foster-only roots granting wishes for full bellies, soft couches, and loving arms to make life better for animals everywhere. We hit the ground running by welcoming 9 newborn puppies from Riverdale (currently more grunting potato than dog, but we have high hopes) plus a dozen kittens in foster, three of them still bottle babies.

That means we have burned through every ounce of formula we had in reserve and spent several hundred dollars in just two weeks on kitten and puppy formula and specialty ni***es — and that's before a single vet bill hits.

We believe in "no margin, no mission," but sometimes you say yes first and figure it out later, and this was one of those times. If you'd like to help these tiny ones make it to their adoption days, you can donate through ;
