Bulldog Mat Club is looking for a few more coaches. We are looking for some help in the practice room along with individuals who are willing to be a coach at the tournaments.

If you are interested please contact Ray at 503-930-6662, text or call. Or you can let me know at a practice as well.

Individual must be willing to get the Wrestling Leader membership through USA Wrestling. The club would reimburse once completed.

We are willing to teach and train individuals that are interested.

Wednesday - Girls Only 7-8pm
Thursday - All Ages

Sign up nights Tuesday and Thursday 6-6:30pm.

Schedule

Tonight 6PM - All ages - Boys and Girls

Sign Up 6-6:30PM tonight above the wrestling room - Cost $50 for mat club fee, plus required to sign up for a USA Wrestling Membership

At 7:30 tonight we will finish practice and do a gear exchange. If you have any old gear you can bring it tonight and exchange with another family.

Next Week - All wrestlers will need to sign up in order to continue wrestling. There will be sign up nights again on Tuesday and Thursday from 6-6:30PM above the wrestling room. See costs above.
