In an aim to achieve the mission of Rotary under the motto of "service above self", the club has conducted many projects, some of which have become annual projects, such as:
1- Meals on Wheels, "Mawaed Al Rahman"

3- Vocational Training Corporation Support
4- Revolving microfinance loan with the Aqaba Women's association

Club projects included social, environmental and health projects such as:
- Adopt-a-School Library initiative, 2010
- Cycle Tour, Rome - Mecca, 2007 to 2009
- Bird Sanctuary project in Aqaba, 2004 to 2008
- 1st Rotaract Clubs Retreat in Jordan, 2008
- Operation Smile - Jordan North Region Mission, 2009
- Reduce Child Mortality Project with Operation Smile Jordan, 2009
- Wheel Chair support, 1998 & 2004- 2005
- School bags for students, 1998
- Green Houses Project in Sheikh Hussein area, 1998
Over the years, the club has succeeded in chartering a Rotaract Club in 2006 and an Interact Club in 2008. The youth within these clubs continuously conduct social projects as well as work within the district. The members of Rotary Club of Amman West have also been active within the Rotary Foundation and have acquired more than 21 Paul Harris Fellows.
