Congratulations on Percy on his first swim with today….🤩
But you may have noticed that i cut the video short…🤔
When Percy went into the lily pad, I waited to see if he could get back out…😬
Percy was unable to untangled his leg from the foliage under the water, he had become stuck and unable to get out on his own…😳
So without him panicking, I went in waist height, fully clothed to rescue Percy from the lily’s…🪷🛟
Yes I did resemble the a swamp creature walking back, totally soaked from the waist down, squishy boots etc…🥾
This situation could off turned out so differently, if I wasn’t paying attention and reading the signs from Percy…..this could have turned into a critical situation….😱
So please do keep an eye on each member of your group whilst out dog walking and especially near water..💦
Thankfully Percy wasn’t fazed by what had happened today…☺️
It didn’t take him long to gather his energy and start charging around with his friends again, like nothing had happened…🤩🐾🐾
