Sweet little Lulu, now Lola, has found her forever home!!!! Lola’s mom reached out to us and when we saw her application as a respiratory therapist we knew she was the one 🥹🥹🥹 Lola has always had some struggles with her breathing due to her breed and we just melted when we saw her moms application! Then after talking on the phone we were sold. Her new mom is so cool!!! Lola has hit the JACKPOT and will forever be so so loved and cared for!!! We love you so much sweet girl!!!! You have come soooo far 🥹❤️
Lola was always the more submissive shy one but a couple more weeks she is going to be confident and thriving in her new home🥹❤️

SOS MOM AND PUPS FOSTER AND DONATIONS NEEDED!!!! 🆘🆘🆘

We were contacted by one of our friends in Los Angeles to help with an urgent situation. A husky, a lab and six puppies all in need of a home. The Husky was dumped under the highway 10 overpass near skid row and the Lab who was left tied behind a bunch of pallets. Homeless people in the area took the dogs under their care and the Lab ended up giving birth 3 weeks ago to 6 puppies!

We need to help this family but we need help from everyone to do it!! All the pups are receiving medical attention and getting vaxed ASAP. I would like to fix the dad this week but we need donations. The mom and pups are still in need of a foster!! Can anyone help get this family off the streets 😭🙏

This is one of my favorite adoptions of all time🥹❤️ Our guy Max has a forever family now after barely making it out of Lancaster high kill shelter alive. Max ended up severely sick with kennel cough as a result of being in the shelter so he was separated from his dad who he had never been apart from. Their story broke hearts all over the internet a long with ours! Max lost over 23lbs and was sentenced to be killed for it and time was not on his side. I rescued him and his dad with zero long term plan and thanks to .helena.xoxo, and offering to temp foster them it was possible. Eventually we brought them up to Northern California and they have been looking for a home the past few months while at .pet.resorts. reached out to us about adopting Max and we were overjoyed when we learned they also had a VERY LARGE malamute just like Max and had extensive knowledge on the breed. We packed up Maxs bags and sent him to Minnesota to meet his new family and live in the snow like these dogs are born to do. Max will forever be loved and never given up on again. WE LOVE YOU FOREVER MAX!

P.S. Max’s dad, Grayson, went to a foster to adopt home the very next day after meeting a family at an adoption event🙌❤️

This is the look of a girl who just found her forever family! I am so happy to say that Cassie, now Foxy, has become a Foster fail🙌❤️ it is an absolute miracle that Foxy survived getting hit by a car and ending up at SEAACA. We put in the request to save her 30 minutes after her deadline and I thought for sure she was gone. Somehow a miracle happened and they let me pull her and we immediately took her to get surgery thanks to a last minute medical sponsor! She had been sitting with a broken hip for almost 5 days and in a huge amount of pain, so we were so relieved we were able to help her.

Fast-forward to a few weeks later, she got an amazing Foster offer, and she nursed foxy back to health after major hip surgery. Foxy’s new mom loves her so much she built her a sandbox because she was digging holes in the backyard. Instead of giving her back, she built her a sandbox!😭❤️🥹 I can’t even explain how sweet of a family Foxy has now. Her mom and I cried together the other night about how far she’s come and how good of a girl she is. We love you so much foxy and we are so so grateful to have rescued you and given you this beautiful opportunity at an amazing life in Marin County. Only the best for a sweet girl.❤️

Bubba from Stanislaus Shelter is SAFE!!!!! he made it to his forever home in San Diego where he will be loved forever ❤️ he is so beautiful and such a good boy. It was clear he’s been in a home before and definitely did not deserve to lose his life! thank you everyone for supporting us and helping us safe lives! We couldn’t do this without you! Best news EVER!!!! Tigger has made it across the country to Virginia Beach to his new forever family 🥹❤️ We are so happy to announce Tigger will never be abandoned, neglected or left behind again. Our poor boy was part of a confiscation case out in the desert hills near Jurupa Valley. He was wounded, skin and bones and clearly had been neglected most of his life. Despise all he has gone through Tigger is such a happy guy and does well with all people and dogs. You would never know the horrific life he endured before he ended up at the San Jacinto Shelter. Thank you to his Foster, Julie for taking such amazing care of him and nursing him back to health! YAY TIGGER!!!!!!!!!!

Remember Robbie and Kassie from Apple Valley Shelter!?!?!? They are officially both adopted and now in their forever homes in Northern California!! Robbie got an adopted by an amazing family in Marin County and his family is soooooo in love with him! He is already at 70 pounds and not done growing yet! ❤️ Kassie is a country girl in Sonoma County now and has acres to run with her big brother who is a Great Dane!!! They both truly hit the jackpot with their families and we couldn’t be more happy❤️

Our boy Wolf from Lancaster is FREE!!!!!! It truly takes a village to save some dogs and that was no exceptions for wolf! It took five people to get him from the Shelter to his Foster in San Diego. So far not one person has said one bad thing about our sweet boy. Wolf is a sweet, chill angel and only deserves the best!!
We love you Wolf and we can’t wait to find you your forever family!!!

Meet Hope! Our friend contacted us because she had found this Husky that had been wondering the streets and was clearly lost. We contacted her owners on the microchip and we have not heard back. We don’t know if Hope ran away from her family, was dumped or what her story is but we know moving forward she will never go to sleep hungry again. Hope was COVERED in fleas from head to toe. So much so her skin was bleeding and crusted with scabs all over 😪 we got her to the vet and have been doing medicated baths and she has already improved so much in just the few days we have had her. Meet Noah!!! There was an urgent Plea from many people in the area where Noah was dumped by his owner. Apparently he was left out in the cold on the side of the road where he decided laying in the middle of traffic was the best spot. I’m thinking maybe because the pavement was warm? Fortunately, no one hit him and someone was able to come to his rescue and contact us to take him in. We were full for intake, but then they video chatted me on Instagram and his little eyes looked up at me and I was like oh no OK come on into the rescue. We brought him to the temp Foster house and so far I have not heard one bad thing about him. He instantly got along with all the dogs and is super sweet and friendly. They actually said he was one of the most chill huskies!! we are getting him to the vet to get neutered and get all of his vaccines taken care of and we would love some financial support to make that happen. Also, we are desperately in need of a long-term foster for him or a forever home. He’s so sweet and deserves another chance at a happy life! Thank you too and for dropping everything last night and saving this sweet boy! We love you, Noah. We are going to find you the best home!

I was contacted by a local vet I know about two puppies that had been abandoned at a business and asked if I would take them into the rescue❤️ obviously they are so cute, I said yes. Well, just as quickly as Cinnamon and Freckles came in to Loves Legacy, they came out with two amazing homes❤️ thank you too for always stepping up to Foster last minute. I couldn’t do this without the support of my Foster Fams. We love you, cinnamon and freckles! you both hit the jackpot with the most amazing families.❤️

Astro is safe from SEAACA, but unfortunately his immune system as taken quite a hit😪 We got him to the vet and started on antibiotics right away because he coughs so hard he chokes. His kennel cough is so bad it’s on the verge on pneumonia! Another day in the shelter could have been detrimental to his health. So far the three out of the four dogs we rescued from SEAACA are sick😪. Astro, Skippy, and Niko all have severe kennel cough. Pumpkin who we also rescued seems to be doing okay for now. They will be okay with love, antibiotics and time🙏 PLEASE DONATE!!!! Thank you everyone for making rescuing them possible!
