I took a retirement day Went to our favorite park- Irvine Regional. Walked Bella she likes to use my walker/wheel chair when we go to park. When she gets tired Ron puts her in my wheelchair She still walks but when it's hot and gets tired we put her in my chair and off we go. After our walk we too her to lunch at Lazy Dog restaurant. She loved it. Planning to head to beach for our evening walk
I like being retired. Focusing on the positive and grateful that both Ron and I are still here to enjoy life together.

Yesterday I made a very painful decision to let Mickey- my last Chi to go live with my mother and father in Northern CA, At the same time I’m relieved he will have a wonderful home for rest of his life. This is all part of the process to put things in order before I leave this life. I’m hoping Ron and I will be able to see him again when we’re able to travel to visit😭

This has been a very trying and stressful week. My Love Ron is having major health issues. He was diagnosed with kidney stoneswhich are extremely painful so he’ll need surgery to give him some relief- but wait there’s more. They also found he had stage 1 bladder cancer. Between the kidney stones and bladder cancer he developed a horrific case of septicHe’s got a new team of doctors that will address this. He had been hospitalized for about 6 days and finally was released. My wonderful neighbor s jumped in to help me. They gave me roses to the hospital so I could visit Ron. They cooked meals for me. They took me to run errands. And Carolyn even volunteered to learn how to put the Optune (my brain cancer cell killing machine. She’ll be able to help me keep the lights on my Optune so I can continue this journey. Thank you Carolyn, , Shaw,Vicki, Tom, lowry
add Ron to the prayer list. We can’t believe we’re in this position. We’re determined to help each other through our ordeals
