We took a little trip to Connecticut this weekend to participate in the Northeast Regionals for North America Diving Dogs. We had a lot of fun and Minion pulled out a personal best for the competition! Just found out she placed 3rd in the open junior division securing an invite to Nationals! We will have to wait for her ribbon to arrive in the mail, we jumped on Saturday and they computed the event results today. 🥉

The brags keep coming, this time from Doswell, VA with a new Grand Champion! Congratulations to Bethany and Jafar 💪🙌🎉

We had a very busy and productive weekend at the Greater Fredericksburg Kennel Club Show!

🧡 Jafar 🧡 was awarded Select Dog and OH Best of Breed out of a very competitive group to finish his Grand Championship under judge Dr. Eric Liebes. He also earned his AKC Temperament Test title by passing the tests under 2 separate evaluators with an almost perfect score! He also earned 4 runs in Fast CAT. I’m incredibly proud of how well this boy has turned out. He gave 💯 this weekend and it showed!

💜 Minion💜 showed her heart out this weekend earning Reserve Winners Bitch in Breed and helping her BFF Katie earn a first place in a very large class of Novice Juniors. Katie graduated to the Open Juniors and together they earned 2nd place out a very competitive class. I’m very proud of how far these two have come as a team in such a short time! Minion also got to participate in one of her favorite sports, showing Jafar how it’s done with 4 more Fast CAT runs of her own

Unfortunately we were unable to stick around for groups since the humans all had to get home to rest up for the next day. Katie had her first day of school! Aislyn starts her new position and I had a big test to take! (I passed despite sleep deprivation 🤣) A big thank you to our supportive breeders and to the wonderful trainers - we couldn’t do it without you! 😎

Sharing this EXCITING update from Virginia!!

We had an exciting day in Doswell VA at the Greater Fredricksburg Kennel Club show. Katie and Minion placed first in a very competitive group of 8 novice juniors to complete her time in Novice! Thank you to judge Joan Luna Liebes for recognizing this team. Minion was quite a trooper and they both did fantastic after a long day. 🥰

Quimby was awarded Select Dog and an Owner Handler Group 3 in Lambertville, NJ with his one and only owner handler, Allie!

Roman was awarded Select Dog with his owner handler Nicolle, who is brand new to showing, in Greenville, MA. Roman received such lovely compliments from judge Amy Gau!

A family affair! We love it when the whole family has been bitten by the “bug”!!

Family fun at the dog show this weekend! Katie placed first in her Juniors class with grandma Juicy. Mama Minion placed first in her class each day. Jafar finished with Select Dog. Three generations showing together! Thank you to judge Sulie Greendale-Paveza for todays placement!

An overdue update on Minion and Jafar from Bethany. So proud of our village!!

We had a great 3 days of dock diving at Sunshine Diving Dogs! Minion earned 10 splashes in distance, earning her Dock Junior title, new personal best, and qualified to accept the invitation to regionals that she earned in Michigan. She also tried Hydrodash for the first time. She seemed confused by the yellow bumper but she got it on her second try. Thank you to Aislyn for taking her Friday!
Jafar tried dock diving for the first time yesterday. He is taking to it very quickly, he earned 3 splashes yesterday and two today. No title yet, since he started jumping junior today! 😎
