Lexi flew over from Adelaide yesterday, and after a bit of a trek back last night, she’s already looking right at home here in WA 🐑

Your new pushing tool, no fear in this 7 month old border collie puppy, wants to push stock and create movement with good short block as well. Strong on the head, has jumped up onto backs in the race when I first encouraged her on a lead. Suit yard type/crutching cradle. Extremely keen on her stock

Fynbos Turk- semen available to come to Australia in a shipment coming out soon 🇦🇺
Turk is a working/Hill and trial dog in Wales, sired by Preseli Jock out of my female Lloyd Loraine (Zu)
🐄 he is a smaller strong type dog, with plenty of brain on the hill and also strength when working pens and when challenged
Zu his mother is a small sharp female who has done well in trials and both cattle and sheep work in the uk before moving with me to Australia

Zu has placed 2nd and 4th in her first open and novice cattle dog trial here in Australia and then is working full time on the farm with Merinos and shedders
Turks sire Preseli Jock is an excellent working and trial dog, he’s a good producer of both cattle and sheepdogs (I can provide links to Jock offspring working cattle or sheep)
Fynbos Turk is clear for all DNA, as well as A hips/shoulders/elbows

I had these two youngsters hip and elbow scored as both are doing so well in work and training, along with great natures and good breeding behind them.

I know scoring isnt generally done in Australia among the working dogs (or hardly at all in WA, more over east) but I’ve always done it so why not carry on 😂

Really happy with both young dogs scores, And I look forward to thier futures knowing just a bit more about them!
Knowledge is indeed power, and if they are already great working dogs, it cant hurt to know what’s inside as well

Mob of blue tags, with nearly 2 year old Bacon bringing up the rear, his sire Broccoli steering at the head.
We are walking them through a paddock that has another mob in, so you can see Broccoli being hard on the head to prevent losing them and to steer them into the gate

In dogs we trust 🥰 aren’t they great!
When the feral escapees had vanished at speed over the brow while I got the gate 🙈 and I couldn’t get close to them with the ute, no worries Broccoli has it in the bag

Plenty of work for the dogs at the moment moving mobs around each day, father and son team Broccoli and Bacon really compliment eachother and work well together 👌🏼
