My name is Gareth Dane. I am using the Pet Billies page, with kind consent from the business owner, as one of the platforms to conduct research for my Honours in Marketing degree. I’m busy completing my Honours in Marketing Management through IMM Graduate School. Part of the programme requires me to do a marketing research report, regarding Social Media’s Impact on Small Business Brand Awareness. My data gathering is conducted through an online survey questionnaire on Google Forms. The survey consists of 23 questions and takes approximately 5 minutes.
