Maxing and relaxing 🥰
For most of my life I have loved the English Bulldog. I was seeing many Bulldogs in our area that were unhealthy, incorrect and suffering because of 'greeders'.
As it often does, LIFE happened and I never took the leap into ownership. 9 years ago I decided it was time. I started my search. I found a show kennel that was not too far from me and purchased three puppies. I started seeking out like minded individuals and found some great resources online. Discovered that there were MANY out there doing the right thing by the breed, and they were friendly and
willing to help others. I was hooked on this breed. Then came another bully baby, and another and another....lol
My initial intention was to show, however health (surgeries), family and work commitments have made that difficult. So it has been tabled for now, but I will show in the near future. I am striving to produce beautiful, healthy examples of the breed for all types of homes. While Bulldogs are very expensive to raise, breed and whelp, I try to keep things reasonable so that GREAT families can afford to add one to their home! I will never believe things are 'good enough'....I will continue to work hard to make each litter, each generation better than the last. I remain committed to my pups and the families that own them. I am always here to answer questions, help you through any difficulties that arise and to take back ANY of my pups at any time for any reason. They are that important to me, their health and happiness are of utmost importance to me. So, Welcome, take a look at the pictures, ask questions, check out our website (it will be published soon!) and stay awhile....there is always something interesting going on at Sha-Rin's!!
Maxing and relaxing 🥰
A weeks growth for the little nuggets!
The kiddos are one week today🥰 the last 4 photos are the girl (she is on hold). All the rest are male.
I know I usually share more, and I apologize, just been busy and exhausted.
These babies will probably all go to families on the waitlist so availability outside of that is unlikely, but I can get you added to that list so you’d have a chance.
They are doing great. They will be more compact (small) and shorter than anything I’ve produced before so I’m excited to see them grow.
Hey all!!!
Been busy and exhausted with the new kids. Every year older I get, the puppy feed schedule seems to take more out of me. Every 2 hours 24 hours a day. The body isn’t meant to sleep 1-1.5 hrs at a time lol
Anyways…. HOT HOT HOT that’s the word this week. In our area highs in the 90’s with high humidity and a heat index over 100!!! Be EXTREMELY careful with your bullies, actually everyone. Everyone be careful. But especially with your brachy breeds. Every year I see so many posts about dogs being lost to the heat.
If your dog starts to pant, and you see the tongue start to get wider…they are desperate to cool themselves. GET THEM INSIDE.
Cool rags draped over top of head and ears. In the pits area. Rubbing alcohol on the pads. Get a fan on them. You can put them in the tub and fill it up with Cool, NOT COLD, water until it’s about 1/2 way up their side. Then have them stand there until panting subsides. Then out, towel dry and get a fan on them.
BE HYPER VIGILANT!!!
The difference a day makes 🥰😍😂
Tiny Chyna was overfull with 7 perfect nuggets. 6 boys 1 girl
EDIT:: Waldo went home to his family Saturday and ‘Moose’ went home with his family Sunday ❤️
This morning as I was getting ready to put shoes on and head to work.
Babies and a small update.
Please be patient a little longer. I will get back to everyone who has messaged me about various things as soon as I can 😊
Me and gorgeous Gabby are getting ready to get on the road to meet her mom and dad.
After the last month of difficulties around here, a road trip will be very nice, Clear my head and relax!
Hoping for safe travels and minimal construction!
I truly wish I got these stubby tails more often. With as hard as things have been lately, they bring me so much joy!
Sorry for the constant baby talk lol they love my puppy voice.
Wagon riders!
Puppy love!!! Waldo loves his sister Eleanor!
Hello again :-)
We keep hitting some walls around here. Had to take granny to the ER over the weekend and they readmitted her due to complications from her surgery. Please send prayers and good vibes for her to heal and for Dr’s to get some answers and a direction for her!
Fiona leaves today :-(
I will try to respond to questions and messages later today :-)
Oh yeah….almost forgot. Itty Bitty Chyna, who is 2.5yrs and still that compact, has a few buns in the oven.
At this time I don’t know if any will be available as I think it’s only 2-3. Maybe 4. If there are, they will go to the waitlist.
Sorry to pop in and right back out. Between home and work, chaos and busy-ness is the name of the game. And it’s slow in a boot 😂
I love my itty bitty Chyna ❤️ She is out of L’Oréal x Dracarys and truly perfect in my eyes. I love everything about her.
Heading home! All checked out great ❤️ between 10.3 and 11.2 lbs
At the vet for a checkup!
He’s never met a meal he didn’t like!
Selling prints titled ‘I Like Food’ 😂😂😂
Babies tuckered out last night after some hardcore play once the sun went down a bit!
The dogs love their dog park acre+. We have a lot of shade trees. They also have lots of toys out there, playsets, a wading pool and a constant supply of freshwater from their mini trough. That being said, they are always really excited to come back in the house too lol
JellyRoll, Saffron, Pudge, Eilish and Ludo ❤️
Hey all!
This video is from two nights ago ? Granny a.k.a. my mama is currently in the hospital, so I’ve been flying solo and things have been crazy.!
I know I talk about it in every video. I’m going to say this basically one last time. The correct bulldog tail is not a corkscrew (pig) or button or no tail. While those are most commonly seen, almost all mine have more ‘button’ tails, the correct bulldog tail is a straight or slightly S curved very short tail. I’ve shared images directly from the standard before. These don’t need docked. These are in fact, 10 times healthier for the dog and 10 times easier for you! Won’t have to deal with tail pocket infections that can come from nubby tight tails, you won’t have to deal with the problems from an inverted or screw tail. Neither parent has these type of tails. Mom has a straight tail, but it’s very very short same with Dad. I’ve owned several generations on moms side, Don’t know where these cute little tails came from but I love them, especially for pet homes. As they grow, they will not get longer. They end at the genetalia. They will look a bit shorter and wider. I’d personally prefer a bit shorter, but still with the same mobility and if I’d fault them I’d say the set is a bit high/they flag them a little, but these are not a bad thing. Trust me if you’ve ever owned a bulldog with a screw tail, inverted tail or tail pocket infections that led to an amputation or was just in general difficult their whole life you would love these!! Period. 😁
I love these crazy babies so much! 😍❤️😍
They are so precious 😍
Full bellies = cuddle huddle 🥰
Puppers tonight just after dinner ❤️
Puppers from Friday evening 🥰
Thanks everyone for the messages. He is ‘pending’. I have several homes that look like they may work on the surface.
I’ll be going in contact order until he’s matched.
Just as an aside, I will have a couple retirees available in the next month or two that. I have to slow down with the ongoing saga of my right foot.
If trained, out of the puppy phase doggos are best for you….please keep watching.
Hello all!
I have a past baby of mine that due to unfortunate circumstances needs a new home. He is 16 months old, current on vaccines, neutered, housebroken, crate trained and a very sweet boy. He is a more active bully so a large yard to play in would be great. He would be fine with a submissive/passive best friend dog. He likes kids, but due to his cannonball nature kids 10 and up would probably be best :-)
Only considering homes within 1 hour of Fort Wayne, IN. You will need to go through the application process and there is an adoption fee.
Send me a message. I will not reply to comments here nor will I respond if you only ask about $ in your message. I will be very picky about where he goes as he has had the very best family for the last year, this was not easy for them at all, and he deserves that life to continue!
Babies outside yesterday❤️
If you’ve been here a while you know I ramble and baby talk the pups like nobodies business lol sorry all!!
So I just wanted to add a little note with regards to tails….there are plenty of bulldogs who have very short tails or a little bit of a curl to their tail that have no issues. I have Bulldogs like that…. in fact, all of my Bulldogs are like that! these little bit longer tails that look like the picture in the breed standard diagrams are a surprise because I don’t typically see them. Neither parent has much of a tail. I’ve had two straight tails prior to this group. Anyways I’m not downing dinky tails, just pointing out that this straight tail is so much easier on families and healthier for the dogs. They are carrying them high, which I think right now is cockiness lol all that can change as the grow and develop! And who doesn’t love a bully baby with a waggle tail?? It’s amazing 🥰🥰🥰
Babies ❤️
Happy Mother’s Day to all the moms!
I’m trying to stay off the internet, spend some time outside. But mostly icing and elevating. Haven’t talked about it here but a weekish ago at my 14 week post op appt, X-ray revealed 3 screws at the top of the plate near my ankle broke and the plate is popped up. Lots of swelling, pain and another surgery 💔😭 won’t know the whole plan until after my CT.
First trip outside❤️
Babies were sleeping in a cuddle huddle and when I sat up to take pics they popped awake. I caught most yawning or just staring at me confused 😂😂

Warning! Make sure the sound is down for this one lol The minute I moved this started! They were extra hungry this morning😳 We started soaked kibble mixed in with their goats milk and cereal yesterday and they LOVE IT!! They ate mash three times yesterday so they are doing amazing for their age with regards to transitioning. I have an ‘aftermath’ photo for the next post lol
Typically I clean out the potty box, pull any dirty toys or blankets, and then feed. Today I only got the potty box picked out and a quick pass everywhere else before the wailing was so loud so we had to take a break for cereal NOW 🥰 they still nurse from mom 24/7 but once food is introduced on a schedule, they get demanding 😂 Finishing cleanup/changing things out and then off to work. I’ll post their 4 week photos tonight.
Laying with my foot elevated watching babies. Absolutely adore them. They will be 4 weeks tomorrow ❤️ This entire litter ended up with straight tails even though both parents have very short nubs…more button tails. I’ve had dogs back 4 generations on mom’s side and they all were button tails with one very short kinked tail. So who knows where, but I love that they have tails like what’s shown in the standard (two pups tails are maybe 1/4-1/2” too long). They are healthier, there is no chance of tail pocket issues or any inverted screw tail issues. And they can wag! Anyways. Enjoy!! This surgery recovery has had twists and turns and I’m back to babying it.
The young ones enjoying the snow!! Snow today, 53 tomorrow and 63 Monday 😳🤦🏻♀️ I’m now 4 weeks post op. While I’ve been working from home (from my bed lol) this whole time, Friday was my first attempt at a few hours in office. It was rough! I felt physically sick. My back was killing me and my foot swelled up within an hour since I couldn’t keep it above my heart. So baby steps with that. I’m just trying to make sure this is the very last surgery on my right foot. l will put my 2 week post op X-ray in comments but spare you the giant incisions 🙂 Then just one more back and one more on my left foot. Been a long journey to pain free and fully functional but I am getting there! It’s just been a tough winter for me personally and post op. Trying to shake it all off and rock n’ roll. If you’ve read this far, congrats! Now to what I’m assuming the 75 messages I have are about 🙂 No I do not have availability now. Yes I have done some breedings for spring and yes there is a waitlist. I am going to open the waitlist for a brief time. it’s still lengthy, but often I get through most or all of the list before all are matched because most everyone wants something specific. TO BE ADDED: Message with name, email, cell #, preferred gender and preferred color. I cannot guarantee a time frame. Waitlist updates are via email. All information is shared there and I answer most questions that get asked in those updates. I am currently working on a new update so 🤞🤞
Bulldog enrichment tips on very cold days …. Teach them to hunt and forage 😂😂 Mine are used to playing outside for decent periods 4-5 times a day in their dog park (1.2acre fenced yard) so when it’s rainy or cold, they are really not happy
Happy Sunday!!! ********ALL HAVE HOMES******* I am wiped out and feel really rough from puppy delivery travels yesterday lol my body doesn’t handle it well. BUT it was a great day. 5 kids went to their new families❤️ Today is a rest day. Have some grooming to do with adults and some projects at home but mostly REST!!! Enjoy your day 🥰
**ALL BABIES HAVE HOMES** Violets littles got moved to the larger playpen since they needed more room. They played hard for a long time. Then cried because they wanted to go back to the other one lol A couple leave early next week right when they turn 8 weeks and the rest I will meet their families on the road next Saturday 🥰 Deacon and Thurgood left so there are only 3 of the Sade pups right now they could move to the long playpen. They went outside while I cleaned and were doing zoomies lol Sorry for my obsession with cleaning up poop lol I always try to clean it up immediately 🤦🏻♀️🤷♀️
