Traveling around the country to help raise money for animal shelters and rescues is my passion project. This all started with my own story of finding my dog Jordan in a shelter. She spent the first 3.5 years of her life in shelters until I found her and took her home. We shared 11 wonderful years together before she passed away from cancer. Her spirit inspires everything I do. 🐶💖
Now, I have another dream for Jordan's Way. I want to not only help shelters raise money but also bring them new toys, beds, and supplies. To make this happen, we need more Patreon members. Whether you can give $5 a month or more, every bit helps make this dream a reality. 🌟

Sweet Louise is learning how to use the doggie doors in Straydog’s new buildings. Our care team has had to think outside the box when teaching our pups how to use the doors. They prop them open for some pups and demonstrate how to use them by crawling through themselves for others! 😝🐾🐕 Thanks to the beautiful Spring weather, our rescues are very motivated to spend time outside! 🌷☀️

Straydog rescued Nala (formerly Emmy Lou) from a hoarding situation along with 4 adult and 15 puppy dogs. She is a real sweetheart and loved people. We’re happy to share Nala was adopted by a fantastic family and is living her best life.
Her mom shared this with our team:
"Hi, she’s doing great! She and our cat are practically brother and sister now. She obeys so well. We renamed her Nala, and she recognizes her new name. When I come home from work, she runs to me so hard and fast that practically knocks me down! Sometimes she cries when we have to leave her in the house, but she gets so excited when we come back home. We can hear her running to the door as we approach." - Jasmine
