UPDATE: he has gone home!

This sweet little guy was returned to me through no fault of his own. His dad called saying he just couldn’t keep him, though he really wanted to. He is a big guy now!

Please help this loving puppy find his forever home! He’s a 3.5 month old Standard Poodle. APR registered with 30-days of health insurance through Trupanion.

He will be up to date on vaccines and dewormer tomorrow! Potty trained and full of energy!

Totally me!

Well I may be 62 but I feel 20 years younger now after going from 236 to 141 all after finding this little-known “Exotic Rice Method” …

I was having dinner with my friend Jen when she told me about a video she came across while scrolling.

That’s how she found out about this “rice method” that only takes 10 seconds in her morning routine.

I didn’t really believe her at first. But she was gushing about it and I couldn’t argue with her transformation.

She looked amazing by the way. I mean, Jen definitely didn’t look like this before…

So I figured ok I might as well try it.

I mean, I tried so many different things over the years. At least this “rice method” was very simple and easy to fit in to my routine.

Well let me tell you, just this morning I was trying on a swimsuit that I haven’t even dared to LOOK at in years…

I feel like I did in my 30s. That kind of playful, happy me, without a care in the world.

I thought that old me was gone forever…

If you watch the video, you’ll see what I mean. This “rice method" isn’t about exercising or watching everything I eat.

It’s much simpler than that. And it works for me, that’s the main thing!~

I’m just hoping Jen will see this when she’s scrolling, because I want to say the biggest THANK YOU to her for sharing it with me.

I’m just passing it on so others know about it.

Due to a knee injury 🤕 (yes dog related) I have made the difficult decision to retire some of my moms 👩 early to have a more manageable schedule. Because of this, we are planning only 2 more litters of pups this year. 🤩

Punch is a black Standard Poodle with a tiny patch of white on his back toes and few white hairs on his chest. He loves everyone! He’s always the first puppy up in my lap, nudging me with his nose for all the love. His tail is the happiest wagger you’ll ever see.

Paisley is a black Standard Poodle with a cute white patch on her chest. She is inquisitive and outgoing. Loves messing with our cat but has never hurt him. (I think the cat likes it) She’s just a goofball all around.

They are crate and potty trained, 14 weeks old and up to date on vaccines and dewormer. APR registered and microchipped. They go home with a one-year health guarantee and a one-month trial of Trupanion health insurance.

Mom is an apricot Standard Poodle. Dad is black and white Standard Poodle. They’re the last 2 pictures.
