Our Story
We are a family oriented business providing personalized care to companion animals in the comfort of their own home. Our goal is to eliminate anxiety and provide a more personal feel to your pet’s health care. For many people, their pet is not just an animal, they are a part of the family.
Dr. Jami Berges grew up on a dairy farm near the small town of Havensville, KS. She now resides outside of Frankfort, KS with her husband, Daniel Berges, and their three children, Claire, Calvin, and Caralynn. She is a graduate of Kansas State University College of Veterinary Medicine, Class of 2009. She has been a mixed animal veterinarian in rural practices for 9 years. Due to the overwhelming number of hours spent working away from her family, Jami and Daniel decided to create St. Blaise Veterinary Mobile Clinic to allow more time for faith and family. In addition to the mobile services, Jami also is part of the faculty of Lincoln Memorial University where she mentors 4th year veterinary students during their clinical year. By using an online portfolio, the students can keep a thorough record of what they are doing through their rotations and veterinary mentors can then view these portfolios and provide feedback and encouragement to the students.
Our goal is to provide quality care to our clients by listening to what you value when it comes to your pet’s health and wellness. With our veterinary mobile unit we are able to provide general surgery, dental cleanings, diagnostic blood analysis, preventative services, hospice and end of life services all at your doorstep. We also carry a large selection of inventory right there in the mobile clinic so your pet has immediate access to whatever it needs.
