Hi everyone! This is HALO DOG not HALO COLLAR. After getting about 10K emails, calls and Facebook messages from frustrated customers (who some left negative reviews on our page about them - ouch!) we decided to pin a message here --

If you are looking for the $1000 collar from Cesar Millan - this is not the right page. We are https://www.halodog.com - the bright LED, rechargeable collars that are less than $20. We are happy to help our customers anytime! We are sorry that the other product isn't very good (and their customer support is apparently very bad).
