This little cutie is just 18 months old. She loves other dogs and currently lives with others (she has not lived with cats) so we ideally are looking for a home with another dog(s). Her mother was a small yellow Labrador, and dad was a pointer. She will need to be spayed at the appropriate time after her next season so we are unable to place her with entire male dogs for obvious reasons! She does pull on the lead so this will need work and she would benefit from experiencing new places and situations going forward. If there are children in her new home we would prefer them to be aged 10 plus. She is really lovely girl!

If you are interested, and live in an area the charity covers (listed on the website) then email with detail of your experience and the home you have to offer. If you are shortlisted you will be contacted further. [email protected] or [email protected]

This lovely girl is 3 years old and is spayed. She is currently looking for a new home due to health restrictions of her owner which means she is not being exercised, which understandably her owner feels is unfair, particularly as she is being left for long periods.

Ruby currently lives with a teenaged child. She is anxious around younger ones, so if there are children in her new home, or visiting ones, they would need to be teenage or older. She currently lives with a small dog. Ruby is small sized lab, and very affectionate and loves a tummy tickle! She does pull on the lead which is currently managed using a ‘halti’. Her owner says she shows little interest in dogs outside the home. Ruby travels well in the car but does wait for someone to lift her in. She sometimes gets sore, itchy paws in the summer and her current owner has used a special shampoo for it. She has a small lump on her foot which has been checked by the vet who believes it will resolve. She doesn't like her paws touched due to negative experiences at the vets for nail clipping.

If you are interested in this lovely girl, and live in an area the charity covers which are listed on the website please email with details of your experience, and the home you have to offer to [email protected] or [email protected]. If you are shortlisted you will be contacted further.

She cannot live with cats.

Having had a lab who stole a corn cob from a bin after a barbecue I know all too well of the consequences. Two weeks after the event she had to have lifesaving surgery. Thankfully she survived, but it was touch and go for a while. Corn cobs (particularly those that have been smothered in butter) are just too tempting for a greedy lab. Take care folks

"Unfortunately, Dozer & his family learned the hard way that corn cobs aren't safe for dogs - EVER. Despite how much you think your dog may chew a corn cob, it's NEVER okay to feed these to them. Their body isn't able to break down the corn cob & they get trapped in the intestines, resulting in a very sad, sick pooch that will likely require surgery. Corn cobs are one of the most common foreign bodies that we remove from dogs! Please spread the word by sharing this post." - The team at New Ulm Regional Veterinary Center

Another recently rehomed LLT pooch very happy in his new home. They say it takes a village to raise a child, well it takes a team to rehome a rescue dog! Thank you to all involved. Just chilling on his favourite rug after a walk. Sweet dreams handsome ❤️🐾

This lovely spayed ‘silver’ girlie is almost three years old and is seeking a new home through no fault of her own. She is a friendly girl and is good with other dogs. She has lived with children (aged 7) but can be bouncy so may knock very small ones over. She has not lived with a cat, nor has she been around livestock. All in all a lovely dog ready for a new home.
If you live in an area covered by the charity as listed on the website, please email with details of the home you have to offer and your experience to [email protected] or [email protected]. You will only be contacted further if you are shortlisted.

NOW RESERVED
This gorgeous hunk of labradorness is just is 16 months old and is castrated. He is looking for a home due to changing family circumstances. For his age he is quite a chilled boy, loves other dogs and currently lives with a dog savvy cat. He is strong on the lead. He is currently fed on a complete raw diet as kibble upsets his stomach , so any new owner would need to continue this. He really is a lovely boy all round. We are looking for a home where someone is around for the majority of the day and who has time to give him the attention he loves. If you feel you have the perfect home for him then email your registration of interest with details of your experience and the home you have to offer. Please only apply if you live in an area the charity covers (listed on the website). You will only be contacted further if you are shortlisted. [email protected] or [email protected]
