Unfortunately, both events in the North East that were scheduled for this weekend at Doggy Delish Deli and Paws for 5 have had to be cancelled with everything that's going on. Hopefully these events will be rescheduled when the madness blows over 🐾

Myself and Jasper the elf have been out and about over the last couple of days delivering the last Squishy pieces. As far as I am aware, all existing Squishy Paws pieces have now been delivered or posted!
Please note, any pieces from agricultural shows that were requested to be collected from Ravenglass are at the Ravenglass and Eskdale Railway, and the pieces from the Phase Purple agility event are at Gone to the Dogs in Carlisle.
I would just like to thank everyone for bearing with me over the last couple of months. Anyone who knows me knows I don't fare well with organisation at the best of times, and I have had a few big changes in my personal life over the last few months which have impacted turnaround time. I really appreciate everyone's understanding and patience, and I hope you all loved your pieces!

The last batch of Squishy Paws are having a cosy night in by the fire, in the hope that they dry enough to go in the kiln tomorrow!
I've been busy finishing off the latest batch of Squishy prints, it's safe to say the hearts are still the most popular choice!
As most of these are from the Doggy Delish event, I can confirm (before all the messages start rolling in) that the pieces from that event will be dropped off THIS SUNDAY!
Lots of the lovely squishy pieces are currently in the kiln being fired. Then there will only be one more firing left for this year's events!
The finished Christmas pieces that Jasper kindly assisted with a couple of weeks ago. Lots of festive possibilities! I'll be at Gone to the Dogs in Carlisle tomorrow and Keylang's Fun to Run next weekend, come along if you'd like one.
All pieces created in August or before that were for collection from Ravenglass are now waiting at the Ravenglass and Eskdale Railway ready for collection. I'll be bringing the pieces made at the last Keylang’s event to the event this weekend, and the same applies for Gone to the Dogs pieces next weekend. The first customer of the day was the Doggy Delish competition winner, Archie the Irish wolfhound. A gentle giant, Archie is definitely the biggest Squishy Paws print to date!

Look at this big gorgeous girlie! Saffy the great dane got her paw print taken at Gosforth Agricultural Show yesterday, she's certainly one of the biggest I've done!
I'm all set up at Gosforth Agricultural Show, and there's lots of newness to see today! I have my jazzy new banner, new terracotta clay prints on offer and I've even brought my greetings cards along. I'm over on the right hand side towards the back of the field, come on down!

It's competition time!
Last week, the brilliant cafe that is Gone to the Dogs in Carlisle was burgled. A window was broken, and money taken including various charity pots. Paul and the team do a lot for charity and the local community, so we're going to try and raise a few pennies for their cause.
The winner of the competition will get a FREE Squishy Paws print. All you have to do is pay £2 per entry (enter as many times as you like) and your name will be added into the hat. The winner will be randomly selected on Sunday 18th by Paul at the cafe. Enter in the cafe, or PayPal the entry fee to [email protected] and reference your name in the transaction so we know what name to put in the hat!
All proceeds will go towards the "pay it forward" scheme at the cafe. The pay it forward scheme is where a customer makes a donation at the cafe. That payment is turned into a post it note and stuck on the kitchen door next to the till. When a homeless person needs a meal during cafe hours the staff make the meal and the post it note is removed.
NEW for 2019... Keyrings!
Get a small keepsake that comes with you wherever you go. Keyrings can be made using pawprints of SMALL dogs, or kids' fingerprints to make shapes/patterns. Check out the upcoming events on the page to get one for yourself!
Please note: if your dog has a pawprint wider than 5cm, then this option isn't for you. Prints come out approximately real size, so Keyrings of great dane Paws etc could be a bit of a health hazard!

I had a pleasant day at La'al Ratty today and I'm back again tomorrow ready to make more Squishy creations!
I've been busy today getting all of the pieces from Gone to the Dogs and Keswick Scruffs finished today, ready for delivery next week. The colour of the month for June was definitely sunset, lots of people chose it for their Squishy prints!
Does anyone have or can anyone recommend any child/baby/family oriented businesses that might be up for trying a Squishy Paws event? They would need to be based in Cumbria. The doggos are running the show at the moment so I want to give some humans a chance 👶
