We've pretty much determined that Dutchess doesn't have leopard in her despite that she was labeled as such. That's probably my fault, I should have been more diligent in checking especially since the collection she came with had several mislabeled 🙄 But, I mean, you still can't go wrong with a pied. She did well last season so I decided to try her with Trolli for his first season. I think this is his third time with her and he's starting to understand the objective 👀 This pairing is

Nefarious really hit the ground running this season, he's already locked twice with both of his ladies. What a stud 😬 He will get a good break after this before going back to them next month. We've been super busy over here prepping for breeding season, working on my availability albums, raising babies, and training the new pup. It's been wild. So to make up for it, I randomly selected TWO winners for this instead of just one...

(This includes all juveniles, babies, and adult males. Adult females are heavily reduced for winners but not free)
* NOTE: I am now including some subadult enchi boys in the FREE selection! You can pick between one of them or one of the normals!

Conditions:
* for every 5 people you invite/tag, you are given 1 entry.
* 1 winner per competition; you cannot win two of this type of competition in a row
* shipping must be paid by winner if it is required
* winner must understand basic ball python care and be receptive to a care guide if required

I've decided to let these two boys from the het pied/green ghost clutch go. They need 1 more meal but haven't refused at all so they should be ready next week. Unfortunately I'm thinking their mother was misidentified and therefore no leopard was actually in the clutch. Regardless, the babies are lovely and we have a nice boy and girl to keep to add to our slowly growing green ghost group. I would love to find some new blood but there isn't much green ghost out there. Out crosses like this clutch will help keep some diversity.
These will make great handsome pets or a fun leap into a green ghost project if you are interested in that. We are going to try to insert leopard some other way, but it never hurts to have more GHI. After all, you gotta have it...

Hydra’s Den Exotics

Hydra’s Den Exotics was founded with the intent to be a constantly evolving and developing project- much like life itself. The goal is to breed a variety of interesting animals, strive for quality, seek the best care techniques, and ultimately, educate people on these creatures. You cannot change an entire culture overnight, but at the Den, the aim is to spread the love of critters that many people want to automatically fear- to teach them that there is more enrichment to be gained from accepting animals of all varieties, rather than rejecting them. The focus will be lizards, snakes, axolotls, and insects.
