This is the sweet little Phoebe. Phoebe loves people and dogs but struggles with leash reactivity. She’s made a lot of progress and here she is enjoying a park trip. She still has bouts of reactivity but her mama has the skills to help her during those situations. She’s also learning how to walk nicely on leash. Way to go Phoebe and Mom! 👏

Great job to Tillie and Giley for learning new manners! 👏 Their pet parents are working on continuing to advance their new skills which include coming when called, leaving the cats alone, and staying on a mat while they answer the door. You can see how focused Giley is holding his stay on the mat. 💕 I’m going to miss these two sweet little goofballs!

Maverick and Riley will be graduating from basic manners lessons tonight 👏 🥹 💕. They have been such a joy to work with. Do they earn some treats just by looking cute? Sure, I mean look at those faces!! They’ve done stellar at learning their skills too. Their favorite thing to do is come when called. They even got their other house mates joining in.

This is Lacey with her pretty smile. She is super sweet and loves learning new things. We’ve been working on leash manners, coming when called, drop it, and her puppy mouthing. She is such a pleasure to work with! ❤️

Gracie, Ginger’s house mate, has also been a huge help in Ginger’s training sessions. Ginger feels more comfortable when Gracie is there too. Gracie likes her payment in food. 💕

Here’s a happy Ginger anticipating her chicken while working on going out front which she’s been afraid to do since her pet parents brought her home. My first time meeting her she ran to the back door when her owners approached the gate. A few visits later she’s galloping over to come out the gate. She always has the choice to come out or go back in. We’re slowly building up confidence on how far she ventures out and on making positive associations with any environmental changes. Her parents are doing a stellar job. It take a lot of empathy and patience working on fear. She’s a lucky girl to have them!

Georgia running over to greet me with a ball almost the same size as her 😆💕. Not only is she strong but she’s a smarty and a love bug too. Always a joy seeing her.

There are many types of carriers but the kennel-type with the front loading door is my recommendation. It can make it easier on your cat during veterinary exams.
