Some photos from the last week and unfortunately a moan.

The last week I've lost £170 in no shows (meaning no phone call or text, just failure to show up) and the appointments that people are desperate for. I pay monthly for a service that sends email/text reminders 2 days before. One was today, on my set day off, that I came in to do due to how busy it is and not wanting the dog to have to wait.
Since being in business I have been EXTREMELY lenient on enforcing the 50% late cancellation and no show fee that is included in the terms and conditions when everyone registers their pets, unfortunately now I will be insisting on that before any new appointments are made.
Sorry for the moan, but it adds up to a large chunk of time and money wasted per month.
