Having a little in hand fun on the x-country course today. What a nice little Pony Club horse this mare is going to turn into! If I keep her we just might transition to eventing.

After 2 refusals in my first round I choose to excuse MC and myself from the ring, feeling the need to check on us both. We returned to the warm-up where all seemed well and concluded that first round jitters were to blame. The second round was much improved. We dropped a rail but it's been a long week and that tired pony tried her heart out for me. I was vary happy with the way she handled the flat portion. With no score the first round we did not place well but I am very happy with MC and she is now a 2021 Thoroughbred Makeover graduate!
