I look over and i see Warrior trying to nurse on Oreo. She ended up trying to clean him and I had to put a blanket over her and hold it down so he would stop by it was cute so video first!

Update I feel HORRIBLE! The dogs are doing amazing thankfully because I am so sick and stressed I feel like things are falling apart! This is when I wish I could have someone come over and care for the animals even 1x a day but I can’t afford the pet sitter ATM! Thankfully we had someone send bones so that’s what we have been giving. I am too tired to do much so yesterday trash and Baby Mavericks dirty tub was thrown outside and he was put into a clean cage because I was pouring sweat and struggling just with that little work!
BABY MAVERICK UPDATE-
So baby Maverick upgraded to a litter box to see if he will use it now and we’re doing a plate instead of a shallow bowl to see if he will make a less of a mess. He definitely eats stew and chunky stuff a lot better than he does the pate, but he is definitely getting a hang of the pate better I guess we’ll see how it looks in the morning! I’d rather him eat messy and need to wipe down than to be continuing to walk in his poop😂🤦♀️ and he is a growing boy!
I do plan on getting him some tapeworm dewormer because his belly always is huge even after he eats poop and he’s been dewormed with other dewormer multiple times so I want to see if this will make a difference

I got a pair of two little girls right after hurricane Milton. I drove 4 1/2 hours to go pick them up because their family had lost everything and they were all allergic so they couldn’t come with them. And I got the group of five from somebody who was already evacuated and had the guinea pigs living in a destroyed house where a lot of stuff was moldy, including a bunch of items and they were living in a little cat carrier. They are still adjusting, but they love hides, and they love their stuff to chew on. They absolutely love their vegetables and pellets and hay.
I was thinking of doing the guinea pigs as a whole if somebody wants to do them or splitting them into two! As they could just use hides and chews! If whoever sponsors them would like to get them height, I have a wonderful lady who is actually thinking of Black Friday deal who said people can call in donations so we can take an advantage of their black Friday sale.
if/when they get a foster, I will send the info if you guys want to donate towards their bedding, which is preferred or if you want to purchase something off the list, you can also send the funds to me and I will send you proof of purchase from the lady if you feel that way, as if you send her money, I don’t know how much was actually sent. This is fancy feast we are almost out of the Royal Canaan, and since he’s doing a lot better, I wanted to give it a shot with the little bit of what we have on hand as you can tell this is his second serving I gave him the last little bit of the little Canaan went outside. Let the dogs outside for a bit came back in and it was empty and he was screaming for more so I gave him half a can of fancy feast which he ended up eating all of it… I am trying to go to mostly wet food to make sure he’s staying hydrated because we do not need him to get dehydrated with everything that we just went through!! and unfortunately, tomorrow is a week since we lost his brother
BABY MAVERICK UPDATE?!?!
As you can see even his coat is looking fluffier! He is MUCH pinker! He is still getting the dewormer 1x a day and his antibiotics 2x a day! He ate his first dinner so I gave him a 2nd and 3rd so he would have food overnight. I am syringe watering 3x a day which he takes really well. This weekend I will add a tiny bit of water in a bowl only when I can watch as I am TOO paranoid after Saturday when he had issues living. Once he can prove he won’t drown himself in it I will slowly add more water to it. I am so proud of him. His heating pad is still on high but he isn’t cooking and he is maintaining temp! Tomorrow evening i will be turning it back down to low and see how he does. He is pooping perfectly still but I did stimulate him 2x today to pee as I saw he was holding it but it was quick and he peed a lot on his own after that! Overall I would say he is SOO much better he is also getting his bath 2x a day but is less messy each time so that amazing!

Update on Oliver from the vet thankfully his eye staining did not show any ulcers or scratches. He is going to be on the same anabiotic medicine for the eye, but this time it is drops instead of ointment this one also has a steroid in it which should help him to feel relief sooner. He also got his rabies vaccine. That’s the only one I do with him since he is in kidney failure. The vet was also impressed with how good he looks and said he never would’ve known that he was in kidney failure if I did not tell him because he actually gained weight but he’s a good weight he’s not fat and he is not dehydrated like kidney failure. Cats usually are and then he was even more impressed and I told him he only gets fluids like three or four times a year for one or two times each time because he doesn’t feel good and then he does better so he said to keep doing what I’m doing! Today was $183 but we had a donor who covered a little bit more than half and I just wanna say thank you so very much. I’ll really appreciate it.🩷🩷🩷
