Update on Baby Maverick. He is still very up-and-down. I cannot wait until tomorrow when we should hopefully have the fever of unknown origin bloodwork results back.
With that being said, my goal was to try to raise at least $1500 so that I can say yes to whatever they say basically. As of right now between the GoFundMe, any donations we’ve gotten through Cash app, PayPal, Venmo, or Zelle, and all of the money that we’ve made from going live on TikTok we are at roughly $1000. Between now and basically Wednesday night I am trying to get 500 people to donate one dollar. We are beyond appreciative of what we’ve been able to make and put aside so far right now for him.
If you can donate, we greatly appreciate it even if you can’t just interacting with the post helps us to get seen a little bit more. I will update you guys as soon as I know anything I just want answers. I just want to know what I can do to help him .

bloodwork and fecal all came back good he still slightly anemic, but it’s still not a concern to them
He has gained half a pound in a month and a half
X-rays, there’s a lot of air in his stomach or whatever and there’s a weird bundle of they’re not sure so if he doesn’t get better in the next 24 to 48 hours he needs to go back in for more x-rays
We are starting the ZD canned food and see how he does and starting a week of metronidazole. Thr ZD cans are $200/mo but if it works then I’m happy
But we don’t have any real answers he is almost 6 months old. He’s went like a week away from that and he’s not even 4 pounds.

I just picked up two puppies that are about three weeks old. Unfortunately the mom is trying to injure the puppies so I took two of them and somebody else took the other six. They are boxer/pit mixes. I have one male and one female. They will get vaccines at eight weeks of age and be up for adoption to go to their new home at 10 weeks. 10/10 dust bath!
Cloud got his first dust bath with us today super excited I didn’t get a couple clips of it. I am going to add a little bit of extra dust next time, but he seems so happy and was ready for head scratches and bed right after!!
VET UPDATE- we need roughly $1,500 by March 24th!
Cloud got a clean bill of health. The vet said he is absolutely stunning. He weighs 1.2 pounds. I asked the vet some questions and confirm that what I was gonna do is a good plan.
Cookie has some skin stuff going on the vet believes it’s just due to flea allergy so as soon as we get the results back from her bloodwork, I will get her started on some flea and heartworm prevention. I’m gonna give her a good bath we got the mats out of her hair and her nails cut. She got her vaccines and I scheduled her dental for March 24.
We also scheduled Jake’s vaccine appointment/bloodwork for March 3 and his dental for March 24 so both of them can go get it done at the same time. I was able to put a $1280 credit on our vet account to go towards those appointments but we still need roughly $1,500. They need a good amount of teeth pulled so we are taking the high-end versus the low end just so that way we are prepared. You can call in donations directly to the vet like I said there is a $1280 credit right now so we are hoping to end up roughly $2750 on the account which will cover both dentals and Jake’s vet appointment!
